HCE was ready at the appointment time to take our car. Within an hour, we were sent an estimate to review and approve. The work was completed that day at the estimated cost. HCE folks are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend taking you vehicle there for service.

Great service and pricing. Brought my son’s car in after a DIY project and the car wouldn’t start. The fix ended up being very simple (something we overlooked). They got it in and out in one day, at a very reasonable cost. Very fair and honest. Highly recommend Hill Country European Autoworks!

I was told by another shop that my car may need a new differential. Justin and team found the real problem and fixed it for $103! Great and honest team!

I've had 2 vehicles serviced there for a few years, and found the people friendly, and knowledgeable in trouble shooting issues, and completes work on time. Most importantly it is an ethical business when recommending work to done, or saying it is not needed.

We took our Mercedes GLE in for a brake inspection that was suggested via update from the car. The HCEA team got us booked within a reasonable time and conducted an assessment, and with a quick approval from our end, they got to work. We love their honesty, communication, and how well they take care of our vehicle. They are quick, and very fair priced.

Fabulous alternative to the dealership! Price for an oil change was a fraction of the cost at the dealership. Friendly and responsive employees. Vehicle was ready quickly. This is my new go-to for car maintenance requirements.

Great customer service with professional communications, I got the front brake pads / rotors replaced for my 2020 Porsche Caynne. From service diagnostic to job completion every step was clearly communicated, it’s like a dealership experience without the exorbitant fees. Love the team!

I’ma first time customer & I highly recommend Hill Country European Autoworks! I have an older Porsche 911 that had an ABS issue s as well as misfiring issue… Service manager was very knowledgeable & communicative. The technician did a series of diagnosis test that quickly found the root cause of both problems. The ABS issue required the replacement of a very expensive part. However, the team found an alternative solution of rebuilding the module at a fraction of the cost. Car runs perfect! They have a new customer for life :) Jimmy

This is one of the most accommodating automotive repair places I’ve ever seen. Numerous times they have checked out things for me and not charged and when my battery was dead, they got me in that day and fixed it! I really appreciate how wonderful they are.

Negligent Safety Warning I brought the car in to address a distinct click every time I tapped the brakes, also a rattle when going over bumps. The supposed ‘Check front and rear brakes’ inspection did not find the missing bolt which holds the front brake caliper onto the steering knuckle - the entire caliper disconnected a few days after I got the car out of the shop - having had shocks and all adjacent parts replaced for $2500. To be clear, the missing bolt is physically in the middle of the work area, 3 inches long with a 3/4 inch bolt head- it’s big, and only 2 bolts hold the caliper mount, very obviously flopping around and causing the rattle and clicking. Again: the many hours of labor in the exact vicinity resulted in zero fix - instead they replaced existing top of the line Bilstein shocks with less than 15k miles. No change in the click and rattle, just reduced quality shocks. More importantly, lives were endangered as the caliper disconnected and locked the wheel while the car was in motion two days after getting the it out of the shop. When the caliper wedged into the wheel, preventing the car from moving, I removed the tire and could see the extremely obvious absence of the mounting bolt. I replaced it myself with a $10 Napa bolt in less than 30 minutes, and of course the rattle and click stopped completely. Impossible to not see as soon as soon as the tire was removed. Car is now safe, $10 actual fix after $2500 to replace Bilstein high performance shocks with lower quality parts. I pray no additional issues have been created when the big picture is considered here. This shop is obviously not recommended; whether it’s about cost, quality, or most importantly, safety.
