Terrible place they don’t work with you at all! Very shady they will say one thing and then tell u it’s more and will tell u oh well you gotta pay it! Janet is very old and dosent have any customer service skills! Very unprofessional and they say they don’t do bad business! Yeah right stay away from here! The crazy thing is that they used to be good but has gone down hill!!

These people and are so rude and unhelpful. Aso mean dogs stuck in cage next to main door barking and looking bad I would avoid entirely!!!

I took my wife's vehicle in on a Monday I didn't have an appointment and she put me on the list for Thursday got a call back Monday afternoon and said the car was finished super fast service and the car runs great again good prices I will be using this place again its hard to find service that responds so quickly great job to all

I worked as an automotive technician here for a number of years, John is a great guy and fun to work with with. All the guys I worked with there were very knowledgeable and a joy to know. I hated having to leave, but life took us a different direction. If you see this, John, thank you for everything and I hope you are doing well. I promise to stop by next time I am in town.

I cannot say enough about the staff at Highway Drive Repair Service! They have been keeping my 2012 VW Passat in EXCELLENT condition for 10 years. Their Office Administrator and mechanics are always respectful of my hearing impairment while explaining repairs. Tucson car owners are lucky to have this diamond in the rough!

Had to schedule a week out but they stuck to their word of getting my drive shaft done on my 36ft rv same day. Very reasonable price and quick service! Would recommend to anyone

Repair service is excellent, but the secretary and the owner lack manners. She was rude and he was dismissive and chose not to speak to me after I asked for that. They do have good mechanics that do good work hence the 3 stars.

My range of experience has been as obnoxious as them failing to fix my taillights, but also as surprisingly good and efficient as taking my car through emissions for me. Ultimately they do good work, despite having a long wait.
