Ladies Beware! They will try to scam you because they think you don’t know any better. I Bought a battery from here 7 months ago and it already needs to be replaced. They also tried to charge me $2500 for something that was repaired at the dealership for $400.

I had spoke to this owner over the phone and he quoted me the $160 for a diagnostic. I came in after getting my car checked on by another mechanic to have them review it for electrical issues. The owner was kind and very informative! He broke down the problems in a way I could understand. His mechanic worked on my car and adjusted it to where I would have my AC back and check engine light was off. The 'Engine power will be reduced' message is gone. I still have to do maintenance, but I so very much appreciated the work done and information. I will be back to take care of the rest of the issues. Thank y'all.

This shop is clean and the team is friendly and experienced. During the most recent storm, power was out for days but this shop stayed open the whole time and ran on a generator.

We have used Highlands Auto for 2 body repairs due to minor accidents. Both vehicles came back looking better than even before the fender benders. It’s a clean, fun interior; and the management is very kind, caring and conscientious.

They scammed me and made blatantly sexist comments about my wife. They told me diagnostics would be free and they would only charge for repairs. I came back after they inspected my car and they wanted to charge me $3000 because I had "dirt in my oil" and "needed filters replaced" and "bad spark plugs..." I told them no and they charged me $165 for the inspection, which they previously said would be free. I told them they were lying and they still wouldn't listen to me. Not only this, but they made sexist comments about my wife and talked down to us like we were children. Scammers, liars, and sexists.

Horrible experience!!!! No communication and the cost was double what they told me and they said 1 day and it was 4 days and made me wait two hours when I got there! They would not give me an itemized bill for what they were charging me

I found Highlands Auto Care to be through and personable. I have a 19 year old car that needed servicing. The reviews were aligned with my experience and the service resolved my concerns within the same day. Hussein and his staff are very nice and professional. I’ll definitely be back for maintenance visits. Definitely glad this business is in the Lake Highlands Community.

I have been their customer for over 8 years. But the trick they did just recently has made me decide to part with them. Member of their team damaged part of my car during a service and when I return on next service, I was told that I need to change the part because of the damage. They try to convince me that I went to other shop to do the a repair and the damage might have happened their but that never happened. It became obvious to me that they have been taking advantage of me and I think will do so for anyone especially if you are a women. I know not everybody might have experienced or will experience what I have experienced. But just watch out

We absolutely love this place! They are honest, knowledgeable and competent, and they don't try to sell you what you don't need or overcharge you for the service you came in for. We discovered today that if your issue is a quick fix, they will just do it right then, rather than making you leave the car for them to look at later. What a gem of a place, and it's right in our neighborhood!

A special shout out to Falcon for working on my 1984 Chevy pickup when other mechanic shops wouldn’t work on classic trucks. They did a good job and kept me updated with the videos the entire time. A truly one stop shop!

Took my time to research and find the right place to take my older vehicle that’s no longer in production — the reviews didn’t lie and the service didn’t disappoint. Quality work done pretty quickly and with excellent, caring service — Hussein is the best. He is passionate and believes in offering their very best — plus, he has a great sense of humor and is really personable.
