These guys are great. I worked with Bert and he was top-notch. They have a great selection, great service and great prices. They understand how genuine honesty coupled with low prices and exceptional service can build customer loyalty. My car has 425,000 miles on it. This is the result of frequent oil changes and working with great people across the auto service spectrum. As for High Tread specifically, I can honestly say that based on my experience with these folks, I will never buy a new set of tires again.

Hello hi tread wanted to thank you guys for all the good work you did on my VW Passat diesel 2013. It drives like a dream. The new Wheels and tread on there is fantastic and thanks for doing the repair once we got in there. You guys were awesome! Thanks again. I'll definitely recommend you guys to other people. 1st time using this place, I drove down from Flint area because , Belle, Discount, Walmart, and a few other locals were not able to tackle putting tires on rims. Very happy, guys did a great job, fast and got me right in. Looks great.

Poor experience. Quoted price of tires was not what was charged (they charged more). When confronted, was informed that i was mistaken regarding stated price. Also, they installed oversized tires. I would not recommend them nor will give them further business

My man 'Bert' and his team hooked me up with a set of 4 Yokohama CTX 235/60R18 tires with 10/32 tread at a very nice out the door price. Very happy to secure these tires for an older vehicle with safety in mind. I'll would definitely do business with this outfit again!

Scam. High Tread Tires sold me a tire with a pinhole in the sidewall. Their customer care was very abrasive and would not cooperate. The supposed quality checks did not screen out this tire from shipping. Got nowhere in trying for resolution of this issue. Recommend going elsewhere for tires, since this business operates unregulated with whatever they can get away with. Zero star review and public service to warn others away from this business.

I worked with Bert, and he lined me up with a set of Continental 235/60/18 tires, in beautiful shape, tons of tread, for a very reasonable price. I showed up on Saturday at 10:10am, he showed me the tires, they looked great, then took my car in the shop, and at 10:33am, he handed me my keys back, and said it was all set. Everything was mounted, balanced, and looked great. I will be back the next time I need tires, and they have them! Thanks Bert for a great experience!

Honestly, this is one of the best places in Michigan That you could possibly go to to get it taken care of as far as fast and awesome customer service goes. I’ve never had a problem with any of the tires this place ever sold me and I’d recommend it to anyone. I do want to give him an extra shout out to Jason.

Discovered a big bulge in my tire Saturday morning and I called around and I found this shop online. I was not disappointed! They were able to get me in and out with a newly used tire within 10 minutes. The staff was super helpful and so nice. Thank you Bert for all your help! Will definitely be recommending to everyone I know and will be returning in the future for all my tire needs. 😊

I have bought several sets of tires here. Really freindly to deal with. I'm in ohio so they shipped them that day and got them the next day. They do an awsome job inspecting the tires. Never had an issue. Have high mile vehicles don't want to spend thousands of dollars on new tires. Highly recommended. Thanks everyone at high tread

The gentleman…i forgot his name, although we had plenty of conversation…i just remember him telling me about his drive back to Florida and being from there lol…but he was EXTREMELY nice and went above and beyond to assist me! I needed a new rim and he was honest and told me oppose to taking my money and letting me go plus he got online and called around trying to help me find a rim for my car on such short notice. I was super frustrated about my car but he made my day so much better with his kindness and all his help! What a gem!

*updated from 2 stars to 4 stars on 5-29-24 While the first time they messed up the stud I have been back a few times and they have been given me good service and their prices can not be beat! *old information Very middling experience. Their prices are good, and their service was fast. BUT they broke my stud when replacing a tire. They blame the previous place that touched my car. And while possible, their tech who worked on it should have known it was hard to take off and warned me before doing it. While I wouldn't have minded so much except the fact that they wouldn't fix it same day and wanted me to wait 3 days with my car to get it on a day they are more available. That's not possible when I have to work. So they tried to compensate that by giving me $20 off the service of $500 but it's going to cost $200 to fix what they broke. And see closest stud. So just be aware.
