There’s not enough stars for High Level. They have been amazing since day one. I will only come here because they’re honest, reasonable and do the job right. I feel it is a blessing to have found them. Ruben knows his craft and Mariela always has a smile and is willing to accommodate the client first. Thank you guys for being so awesome.

This family-run operation is dependable, fair and efficient. I walked in because of a palm got inside the front and A/C radiador, and everyone was courteous from beginning to end: mechanics, front desk attendant and owners. I felt safe leaving my car with them, and they gave me upfront pricing. There was an honesty about their approach that reassured me that I wasn't being hosed for the repair. This definitely was a positive experience and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing a repair specially if you have a Mercedes Benz. I hope I don't have to go back, but if something else were to happen to this car or future cars, they'd be at the top of my list.

I have had 2 of My Mercedes go to them for service, A 1982 Mercedes 300D and a 1983 Mercedes 300SD. It is very hard to find an honest and Reliable Mechanic Especially in Miami But Ruben and Mariela are very nice, honest and where very helpful in all aspects of the car repair process. They do very good work and are very reasonably priced. i would definitely recommend them for your Mercedes Benz. Shalom
