My daughter's car towed today with a flat tire. They changed all four tyres for a reasonable price. The wait time was very short, which I had never experienced before. Great customer service. Great job!!! I definitely recommend this place. Thank you, guys, and I will definitely come back again.

James always does a great job in helping me with my vehicles. He is excellent. I will always use Hibdon, James also helped me get my Hibdon Tires credit card, it makes thing so easy. We always have a great time talking about music and family.

My family has been to Hibdon several times for tire services and we are happy with what we have received. Last week was a cherry on top when I brought in a car for a tire repair from a nail. They repaired it quickly and on the house! One week in and it's still perfect. Thank you Hibdon!

Had an oil change done before leaving for Illinois. Get there and my motor craps out on me. Come to find out oil filter was not placed all the way on and blew out all of the oil. New motor going to cost me 8000. Thanks guys

Do not service your tires here! I came here to patch a nail in one of my tires. Next day it was still leaking, but even faster. Took it back, they tried to patch again, next day, same issue. They sell me a new tire completely, $350! Then the next day, guess what, still leaking. I finally take it to a different Hibdon in Tulsa hills and they tell me the valve stem has been damaged. I now have to go to the vehicle manufacturer to fix it, and they don’t cover it since I decided to use hibdon instead of them to service the tire. So after buying a new tire that I probably didn’t even need because hibdon damaged my valve stem, I call the manager and he does nothing. Just tells me since he wasn’t there when it was serviced he can’t do anything. He wouldn’t even return the warranty I purchased on the tire I bought from them. What a scam. In the end they damaged my valve stem during a normal repair and sold me a tire because of it before even checking the valve stem first, then tell me to kick rocks when I ask for any rectification for the issues.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. Total crooks. I purchased Bridgestone Ecopia here two months ago. I paid $1,000 for the set. I have ALWAYS used Bridgestone Ecopia. I always get over 100,000 miles on them. I have NEVER had a flat, blowout, or issues with them losing air. Since getting this set, the front two tires keep losing air. Today makes the third time I have been in here for this issue. Two weeks ago when I was here they said they couldn’t find a leak but they put “sealant” in them to keep them from going flat. Today one of them is 10 pounds low. The “manager” told me they will have to check it but it is going to be two hours. If you need tires, DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. You will live to regret it. They definitely have sold me a bad set of tires and instead of just replacing them for free, they are acting like nothing is wrong. I will be contacting my attorney tomorrow.

I had a tire blow out on the highway and came in the the Creek Turnpike & Memorial location for a replacement.There were two employees who helped me. I believe the first was Joachiem. I wrote the other man's name down who took my payment at the end, but don't have it with me. They were both excellent. As a single mom struggling to get by during the holidays, it helps to receive personable and friendly customer service when something unexpected comes up financially. Especially the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. The wait time was shorter than expected. I also had my seven year old with me and appreciated the second employee taking a moment to compliment how well behaved she was. It's little things like this when people take the time to engage rather than just take your money and get you out the door that make the experience better. Thank you both so much for your kindness. I will definitely recommend this location.

They have been taking care of me for a couple of decades now and I have a long experience of high quality service from them and I have a good repore with the manager and the staff that I interact with. I have generally be pleased with work that they do on my vehicles. This still continues to be that case.

I am irrate. When this woman went to pay her bill she questioned why it was so high. The man gave her an explanation and she said, I didn’t give you permission to do that. He took it off her bill. This is the epitome of why I abhor car shops. I won’t come here again.

Recently, I had to replace the tires on my car. Hibdon Tires at 93rd & Memorial is the only place I will go for tire service. They were extremely helpful and made me comfortable. I waited at the store for my car, and they were done quicker than I expected. Thank you for your awesome service!

James did a great job helping us pick our new tires that met all of our wishes. In our opinion Joachim went above and beyond replacing a light bulb and installing our new tires. This is the only place we go for oil changes, tires and tire rotation. These guys are all great!

I had such a good experience here that I feel compelled to leave a review. Joaqiem provided excellent customer service when I came in for a Tire that needed patching and an oil change. They did not try to upsell me on any additional services or products. My car was ready to pick up when they said it would be and was fixed as requested. Give this Hibdon a try next time you need work done

My wife had a flat while traveling through the area. We brought it in and they gave her a free patch, even though we didn't buy the tires from them. Great service and we'd buy our next set of tires from them if we were local.

NOPE! Whatever they tell you to expect for completion time you should expect it will be much more. Maybe double. I waited the full completion time (90 minutes) and my truck had not been touched. It was a simple tire replacement. Quality location will have this done in an hour tops even if they are busy. I drove an hour for this only to waste 3.5 hours for nothing. I wasn’t the only one.

I searched high and low to get the best bang for my buck when it came to getting a new set of tires. When I stumbled upon Hibdons website, I entered what I wanted and it pulled up several options. When I found what was ideal, I couldnt believe the out the door price! It was easy to make an appointment and I set out to drive the hour it took to get there. I dropped off my vehicle and they called me when it was done. Excellent customer service, outstanding prices. Thank you all! Will definitely recommend and be a return customer.

Took my car in for my tire losing air. They said it would be done as soon as the service men came in. I waited an hour and a half and it was still where I dropped it. The desk guys said all appointments would be done first. But they offered to pull the nail out of the tire? and the next appointment available was Wednesday. I went to Robinson Tire on Garnet they took it in immediately without an appointment. They said they are able to repair tires between appointments. I choose Robinson for my next set of new tires.😁

This location has gone downhill. We were repeat customers for four years. In the last year to 18 months it seems that they have swapped to just trying to upsell us every chance they get while doing little to nothing to help us out (i.e. patch tires with nails, check error codes for check engine light, etc.). They have also had some major communication failures. We will be moving our business to another shop going forward.
