Got new tires here and the guys were great…and fast. Came back for a new battery for the car a month later and an oil change. Once again, the guys were great…and fast. Great Service. Good people.

They were very knowledgeable , and polite. Will go back. Went in for wheel alignment was kept updated on their finding. Gave me printout on what was needed before they could do the service that I needed . I give them a A rating.

Had a flat this past Sunday as my family was driving through Oklahoma. Luckily this location was open. Jaime was incredibly helpful, professional and efficient in seeing that we got back on the road with new tires. Thank you all for prioritizing us and outstanding customer service.

stopped in without an appointment because I had a screw in a tire. it was in the sidewall, could not be fixed, had to buy a new tire. Time there was approx 30 minutes. Everyone was friendly and professional!!

Front desk lady was a bit passive aggressive towards my toddler playing with a plastic pumpkin on the counter, implying that he will take their decoration. When corrected her about her statement she still continue to imply that he will take it because its intriguing to all babies." I had also witness the same cashier about her lack of helpfulness with a senior citizen stating that she was quoted a different price due to her moms veterans/senior discount. The cahier not the manager honored this discount for the customer, even after she stated who she spoke to the day before, by name. I also witnessed the mechanic bump my car into something when backing it out of their garage. I checked the right side of the car and seen a black line but was able to wipe it off. There was no care of my vehicle after the repair was complete. The cashier does not know how to multi-task phone calls and handling customer in the store. As I had to wait in front of her for 20 minutes to finish her call, with a crying toddler. She still continued to not take my debit card when I presented it to her... The weirdest experience at Hibdons yet.

The online reservation system is excellent, and getting a personal call to firm things up was a classy touch. My sales rep, Jaime, worked VERY hard to find the tires I needed, got them ready in time, and kept me informed the whole time. Hibdon mechanics were honest and safety conscious and recommended some additional work be done to achieve a very-much-needed alignment. Jaime also took the time to carefully get me an account such that my Tax Exempt status and Military Veteran discount would apply. I believe the prices were very fair and the tires will last me another many years.

This shop always listens well to my issues, Accur Lee lays out the time it will take, is fairly priced on their services, are always timely with their repairs and are always good about calling me as soon as they are ready. This is a well-run shop and I appreciate them very much. thank you.

Took truck in to have tires rotated. Jason said tires are to worn. I said they are your tires I bought nine months ago. So I guess you need to replace. “I will need to call you back” . 45 minutes later he calls back and said if you have “Proof the tires have been rotated he could replace for free” I explained we are a home building company with shop and rotate ourselves. He said that won’t work and would have his manager call in 45 minutes. It has been 2.5 hours since drop off and nothing. I talked to corporate and asked if we can rotate our own tires if we documented the times and the said “that’s fine”. I have done business in the past and hate to see one employee run this for everyone. I have the recording of corporate saying it is ok to rotate our own tires.

Don't expect to have any kind of quick service done if you make an appointment. Oil change and tire rotation takes 2 hours minimum.

I made an appointment 2 days prior. I got to the shop 10 minutes before my appointment. I sat in the lobby from 850 am to 11am. I came in to have a diagnostic test done. I am not sure why I was never seen. I had to leave to pick my kids up from school. I was given the excuse that only 1 technician was on duty. I was told that they didn't know why the appointment was made anyway. The person I spoke to then asked me to come back the next day. I said why so I can sit around and wait. To which the person said NO you won't have to wait. I took my car keys and left. I will take my business elsewhere. I will not return.

I had a screw in the very edge of my tire, Thankfully I had purchased my tires through Hibdon, and was replaced at a very equitable prorated warranty amount and I was back on the road quickly! Thank You!

I went in telling them my brakes were thumping and I need an alignment. They called me to tell me the price of one part ($900 total) I needed. When I got there to pick up my car, they gave me a quote for another $1300 that was never mentioned. My brakes still thump. I would've denied the repair and bought a new car knowing that it would be so much.

Kyra is an exceptional manager. She is alert to my family history of service here and bends over backwards for us every time. Her staff is well trained by her and they also are very attentive to details. She is clean, direct, honest and organized, no nonsense and as a lady to lady all transactions are above board every time. She is practical, flexible. Good deals on tires. Practical about time frame. Always has a solutions. No vending machines or coffee pot or complimentary water. Could use more seats or waiting area overhaul. They need more power outlets and a charging station, please. Sometimes so busy here you have to get an appointment! :) I cannot say enough good things about here.

Tech originally said that the nail in my tire was too close to my sidewall to be repaired. Before I even had the chance to speak he was trying to sell me a $700 pair of new tires. I know for a fact due to a measurement that my nail was at least 3 inches from the sidewall which is well within their parameters. I said this to the individual (bobby) on the phone. He quickly apologized and said he would talk to the technician, which I found odd in the first place. He said he would talk to his tech and I could come pick up my car. When I get there they had a whole other story about how the tech was wrong, the nail was in a location that it could be removed, but, my tread is actually the issue. I have tread trackers on my tires that show when the tire needs to be replaced. There is no way it was too low considering I just replaced the 3 months ago. Avoid this place unless you want to be coerced into repairs/replacements that you do not need.

Before I made my tire purchase I was told by the manager that I would have included alignments and tire rotations for the life of the tires. She was aware of the vehicle make and model as it was on the property at the time and she personally looked at it. It wasn't until I picked it up and fully purchased the tires that I was told they don't have the equipment or software to do alignments on Subarus and that I would need to take it to a dealership to have that done. The dealership can't get me in for 2 weeks and will charge $120 for a service that I was told was included with my purchase. I can't drive until that's done or I risk damage to my drive train. I should've been notified before making the purchase. Instead of offering me any solutions, the assistant manager asked me "what do you want us to do?" which felt very dismissive. I said I wanted alternatives to make it right, to no response. I then suggested being reimbursed for alignments I have outside of Hibdon and he said he'd have to have the manager call me. I'm still waiting to receive a call back from the manager.

I had a bad experience at the location on Penn in Oklahoma city, Oklahoma . The manager of the store refused to work with me , he did not abide by their discount policy and matching. He let me go because of a couple of dollars , and also after humilating me6

Made an appointment for them to tell me they wouldn’t have it done for 5 hours because they were “short handed”. So I rescheduled only for them to tell me they only had one guy there. Terrible and a waste of time! I wouldn’t go here.

If I could leave 10 stars I would. We had a nail in our tire and wouldn’t have been able to make it home. Even with a busy day, short staffed, and appts steadily coming in, the manager said she was more concerned with our safety and driving on a poor tire and was able to fit us in the schedule. So grateful for them! I got two flat tires after hitting a curb on Saturday evening. Had it towed to their location, key was put in night drop, and they got right on it the next morning and it was done by early afternoon. Great communication, great service. It made a stressful situation much easier. Will absolutely use their services again in the future. Thanks guys!

Bought a new set of tires. They worked with me to get best tires at best price, including store and manufacturer rebates. Have used them for many years for small repairs, oil changes, and tires. Will return.

Came in at 8 left a little after 11, please tell me how an almost 200 to 300 hundred dollar CV axle replacement turns into an over 1,300 dollar control bar and struts replacement because of a bolt, and not having properly trained techs and proper equipment as well as a relocation? Which I was never called back about that appointment. Will not be using any hibdons again.

I went in for an alignment and didn’t have an appointment. No problem. Nate hooked me up. He said if I could leave my pickup, they would work it in. A couple of hours later he called and said it was done. Excellent customer service and the tech did an excellent job on the alignment.
