My husband and I went to this Hibdon Tires to get my tire plugged. When we told them this is all we needed- the gentleman assisting us plain out said "I don't have time". He was very unprofessional and rude. I would not recommend anyone coming here.

Amazing group of guys in the Shane's got them working good together no matter how busy they are they don't get impatient and they'll go above and beyond to help someone ignorant about the process

Poor quality work, terrible communication, and they break parts on vehicles or tell you something needs replaced, that according to another mechanic doesn't need replaced, so they can charge you to fix them. Then, twice now, they have given us someone else's vehicle sheet with all their personal information on it. When called to complain about being given someone's information, the guy said, "it happens." Edit: Corporate response is word for word the same as the response to others. Can we say copy and paste without truly caring.

Where to start. After countless mistakes and problems on multiple different vehicles the problem not only lies in the carelessness of the workers, but also in the lack of responsibility behind the counters. Broken ignition, rounded tie rod threads, improper wheel balance, increase in negative degree toe, misaligned driver front window from track, arguing and disagreeing when helpful information is being given, and even placing the blame on other coworkers when confronted about issues. This is not the way a national business and shop should be ran.

We've been coming to this location for many years, working with the same folks and they are great. They’re helpful and always try to do the best job. After some miscommunication about some recent work, Shane and Jeff along with their team quickly worked it out to correct the problem and went to great lengths to make it right and put us all back on good footing. We will continue to work with them and would recommend them to friends! We’re very grateful for this kind of service and longevity of relationship with people who know us and our vehicles. We had an amazing experience at Hibdon Tires Plus! We had a rental car that had a tire leak, the rental company directed us here. We were greeted with compassionate staff who were able to get us in and out within an hour! Great job guys! We can’t thank you enough!!
