Bad attention, my language of speaking is Spanish and I explained to them about what I had my car with a translator, they did not want to attend me, two days in a row they told me excuses "we do not have enough staff" but they did attend to people who were arriving after me. Maybe a xenophobic act, I don't know, but I won't go again so I don't waste my time. Mala atención, mi idioma de hablar es español y les expliqué sobre lo que tenía mi carro con un traductor, no me quisieron atender, dos días seguidos me dijeron excusas "no tenemos suficiente personal" pero si atendían a personas que estaban llegando después de mi. Quizás un acto xenofobico, no lo sé, pero no volveré a ir para no perder mi tiempo.

Techs were good and fast but the 2 guys at the cash register were not very good at all at explaining things. And slow at proving quotes and suggesting future maintenance

I made appt for alignment. The tech noted that the ball joints - lower front were wore out. They were able to replace and then do alignment. Great job… very pleased.

This location definitely needs some training I went in had a appointment @9am and the inspection took about 45 minutes Then to do my back brakes and rotors took 3 1/2 hours Too many workers wondering around while I was there The manager at this location Richard told me my work on my truck could take a half day to complete definitely didn’t agree with the time it took and they charge the labor on top of it He could of stepped up and helped out in the bays instead of being on the office the 4 1/2 hours I was there I would recommend if the parts aren’t at your store get an extra guy or Richard to go get the parts to get the job done in a timely manner

I don't like that I can't make appointments for rotations any more, and oil changes are so high. I get it done elsewhere for almost half, and they use Castrol.They are always friendly though and get me if they aren't busy. It's not too convenient though to rush and be in line early and be told they're too busy.

Slow leak in rear tires. A nail in one and explained why the other one was leaking. No charge - this is my regular store for oil changes, tires, etc.

the store manager (Richard I think) was very helpful, polite, and swift. We drove 2 and 1/2 hours to get a new set of tires and the process was incredibly easy and painless. When we showed up Richard was very helpful without being smothering and the service was quick. He explained our warranty and made sure we were satisfied before we left. I've had good experiences with HT in the past and thats why we drive the long distance cause we know we can expect a headache free experience with affordable prices. Thanks
