I busted my tire hitting a curb. Call Hidbon Helen answered. I ask for her price of the tire and could she have me in and out in a hour. Was able to get a discount the tread on the tire was not worn. Helen had paper work ready. All she need was my tire and keys. Job done with in an hour. The tire guy did not put my dummy tire back in truck tire holder. Helen help me with that. She gave WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I've been getting my car serviced on Tinker Diagnol # 240187 for over 8yrs. On 1/12/2025, I got an oil change and new air filter and a new tire for about 254.00. So while driving home, we hear something drag. Can't figure it out. So I get home. I look under the car. The engine shield cover isn't installed properly. It's hanging down.. so I called & told to bring it back on the 1/13/2025. I take it back up 1/13/2024. Tell the tech James.. the problem.. I want my car returned to me in the same way I gave it to them . So Hibtons supposedly fix it. THEY ZIP TYED.. The engine shield Cover into place. So I call Corporate. To file a complaint. On 01/13/2025 On 01/14/2025, the manager/Shannon called me to inform me that supposedly.. my engine shield cover was already damaged.. before. I got my car worked on. When asked why, I was never informed of the damage prior to the work. & NEVER annotated on any of my prior paperwork. Shannon/ Manager stated that from this day 1/14 /2025 forward, it would be. + It's standard protocol. To zip tye Them into place. IT ALL A LIE.. because it would've been annotated on all the repairs prior to or before 1/12/2025. So I wouldn't do any business at this store in the future. Because it might happen to you. Not being accountable. Rubs me the wrong way.

Came here for alignment on my vehicle twice, all they did was give me lips service. This place should closed down because the employees are not competent and will put you and your family safety at risk. Be warned!!!!!!

Had a 12:00 noon, apt to have a new set of tires installed. Arrived and was checked in by 12:10. My car was not touched until 2:50. I didn’t get out of there until 3:40. 3 and 1/2 hours to get tires installed, when I had an apt for the service is simply not acceptable. Price for the tires was reasonable, but I would be willing to pay a little more for better service. I doubt I will go there again.

Had to end up waiting for a windshield wiper to be delivered. I waited 20 to 25 mins and I left without replacing my wiper blade.

Service was friendly and professional. I came in late in the day with an emergency (blown-out tire), and even though the shop was quite busy, they fit me in, and had me back on the road in a very short time. The technician was happy to have my children watch the process (from outside, of course), so they could learn about it. Shannon, behind the counter, was extremely helpful. I was an all around good experience during a difficult time.

First of all this place is way understaffed and after talking to the store manager Shannon I understand why. She is a very rude person and has little to no patience. She had a new girl named Mona that was trying to train as she told me it was her second day on the job, but everytime she had a question her manager was no where to be found. Shannon has something bad to say about almost every customer after leaving, including myself im sure.I will most definitely be taking my business down the road because this is obviously how she treats every customer that's walks in the door. I can't be the only customer with this type of experience. Upper management really needs to look into this before they lose even more loyal customers like myself before it's to late

I made an appointment on the 10 th of November for the 11th of November, I get there yesterday on veterans Day, and they proceed to tell me that even though they told me they had in stock, the tires I was quoted, for 327dollars , they only had an upgrade for 435 plus tax, ,,,, They did not honor the price they quoted me folks! Point being is that I could care two shits less about the money,,, However, you and I, as do we All must live by PRINCIPALS..... Would I go back???? No I don't think so.... I would like to point out that they were very courteous, Also they wanted to sell me 2 sensors for 160 dollars.... Does the car need them? Probably...... Anyway it took 2 hours.... God bless you All.... Happy trails.

We ordered tires through Helen S. At the 240187 Hibdon location on November 10, 2024. The tires have taken several weeks to come in. No one called us to let us know what was going on with this order at any time; we had to call after 1.5 weeks and were given the answer of “we don’t know what’s going on with this order; we have not received them yet”. We have now gone into the location to check on the order and the associate gave a less than satisfactory attitude toward us. Upon her looking into the order, she found that three of the four had been delivered but had no real initiative to figure out how to get the fourth tire in. This was in addition to an attitude when a, what we thought was a customer had jumped in front of us. The “customer “ was actually a tow truck driver and needed to be helped first, which was more than acceptable to us; however, instead of letting us know nicely, Helen snapped at us and let us know she needed to assist him first, and then proceeded to make a face to the tow truck driver in response to our questioning why he had been helped before us. The customer service that we received caused us to choose to cancel the order and request a refund. We may still choose to go with Hibdon, but will definitely not be using this location again as long as Helen S. would be the associate we would have to use.

I came in for a wheel alignment and tire balancing. Had an appointment for 8am and was 4th in line. Alignment went well, but when they went to balance tires the mechanic that was doing it took a food break and I was left there waiting until 11am. Then it took another 20 mins for the waiting room crew to get free to give me my keys. The crew in the waiting room did great, just wish there were more people working there since they said Monday was their busiest days.

I dropped two wheels and tires off Sunday November 3 2024 to be re balanced as I had them done at another hibdons they used the incorrect weights and they flew off leaving the store. I came to this store in hopes they had the right weights. Monday passed no call. most of Tuesday the 5th of November 530pm still no call. so I go to the store to pick up my tires they're still in the same spot untouched. Someone dropped the ball. Giant waste of time. This is the 4th or 5th time I've had a bad experience at this store.

Richard was THE BEST! After going to two other tire shops who were rude/didn’t help me, he was able to successfully help me find 3 tires I needed at a good price. Even though the tires were not in stock at his location, he was able to get the tires from other locations to help me get it done today. He made my day so much easier and I couldn’t thank him enough! I will definitely be coming back. Amazing customer service!!!

Went in at 9 am for a flat tire and got forgotten about for hours. Finally got my car in, and they DIDNT HAVE MY SIZE TIRES. But just didn’t tell me. i found out walking around and finally asked someone working on my car. Had to basically yell to get them to put my spare on, so i could go find somewhere else. Would not recommend these jerks.

Be ready to wait but the staff is kind. The schedule times don't line up. Was told to come in at 2 but when I arrived they said they couldn't get to it until 5. I had a small emergency and needed to leave and they decided to pull the car in when I needed to reschedule. It seemed to be a rough day for the whole team. They were short team members so they did what they could

Great customer service. Just be sure to shop your price for services. I'd like to edit my review after a return visit just to fix a flat tire. On this day, the consistency of quick accurate service was extremely lacking. With only one desk emplouee taking on a standing line of 10 or more potential customers made for an unacceptable 30-40 minute wait time just to get your repair process started. A more devoted effort at obtaining quality employees is a must. If you wish to make a visit, be prepared to wait.

I called and made an appointment for oil change and tire rotation and asked how long it would take, they said 1 hour or less. I checked my car in for oil change and tire rotation and asked the same thing,how long would it take and she said I was next there was no body in that bay and it would be a an hour or less. I was on time. After an hour and five minutes I went and how much longer would it be, she went out and asked ,he said he was checking my battery and checking my fluids and it would be another 30 minutes. I told her to tell him I have a brand new battery and my husband checked and filled up all my fluids. To have him finish and bring my car, since that was supposed to be the last thing I thought he had to do. She told him and he said he had to put the plug in and fill up the oil. He said another 15 minutes to be finished. It was another 30 min. Don't tell me 1 hour or less, time 1 hour 43 min. Do what is bought in for first.multi task the job, drain oil, rotation. Rotation was unclear if it was done. The lady waiting for her car was there two hours the day before and she marked her tires got home and it wasn't done came back today to have them do it again. Bad customer service for both of us.

Wife goes in tells lady behind the counter driver rear tire goes flat, hour later says she needs a new tire, they had the car jacked up trying to fix the passenger side tire, they don’t listen to the customer, stay away from this location
