I took my car in to get a oil change , they got oil all over the place , had my brakes checked to make sure they where still good, had them done on 6/22/2023. They told me my brakes where bad and that there was barely any brakes on there and needed to replace the brake pads and rotors , again I just replaced this stuff with them on above date. Got a second opinion on the brakes and the brakes are still in very good condition and did not need to be replaced or the rotors . Trying to charge me a 1,000 to fix it when there is absolutely nothing wrong with it. Becareful guys there trying to take your money and fix things that aren’t even wrong .

Bad Service, i brought my car in for service and it took almost 2 weeks. i kept calling asking about updates on my vehicle they always told me they would get back to me and never did. they damaged my vehicle’s exterior & didn’t even fix it my vehicle is still having problems after they said it was good too good. they didn’t actually look into my vehicle because they had to fix something for free because of the damages they caused. i would not recommend this slow paced non working place !

Price not bad. Nice and friendly service. But for two new tires and a rotation. Still not done but been here almost 3 hours. Small tire shops can do the same job in less than 20 mins.

Went to Firestone to get a thermostat sensor installed. After an hour plus, they recommended we go to Hibdon's since they didn't have the special socket required for the job. Jeremy at Hibdon's got me in the next morning, replaced the part, and it wasn't expensive at all. I highly recommend this auto shop. Thank you much 🙏

Had no idea Hibdons was open on Sunday. Scheduled a balance and rotation with 1 tire repair. Extremely efficient and professional people working at the Lawton OK store. Less than an hour time the vehicle was ready. Thank you !

I came to Hibdons Tires Plus, do to my 24 inch driver's back side tire have a long crack in the side wall of the tire. I spoken with a gentleman named RUBIN, and Rubin was absolutely awesome! Rubin got me right in, and with the help of JOE, they got me taken care of and on my way, in no time flat. I posted Monday the 11th of November 2024 but I don't see anything posted? On vet day I went to hibbon tires for a new set of tires for my audi q5 after the work was completed I noticed that I didn't get my military discount on the tires. After bringing it up to reuben Sanchez he told me that they don't give military discount on tires. I have been going to hibbon tires for at least 12 years. So I went to my vehicle and called the hibbon tires in Oklahoma city and they told me that the military discount is on tires and anything else I purchase. I then went back inside the store and I explained to reuben Sanchez that the ok city to me all military discount applies to all tires. Reuben Sanchez then told me that Germany the local manager told him that you don't give military discount on lower price tires. So I went home and called the Bridgestone headquarters and they said that the company policy was to give you the military discount. I was put on hold for 5 minutes and was told to go back to the hibbon store for my military discount. Why do I have to call the headquarters to get my military discount. I just wanted to get my military discount so I will find another place to do business with. Remember that lawton is a military town. I hope nobody else has to go through this i. It was veterans day of all days

My car has been having various issues caused by poor mechanical work from other places, so I took it to Hibdon to get two tires replaced and an alignment. The work on my tires was fairly quick and was good quality, and I was told my car was aligned. About two weeks later my tires are nearly bald, and I took my car in to use my warranty (which costed about $100 total for both tires) to get them replaced. When I got there, I was told my warranty was void because my car was unaligned, which was when I discovered my car was not, in fact, aligned by Hibdon like I thought. So, to say I’m disappointed in their service is an understatement.

Called to ask if tires i wanted were available and kept being put on hold for question that would have taken seconds to answer 27 minutes till I finally hung up, I herd them answer the phone 3 additional times and put me back on hold without a single update or word.

From scheduling the appointment, arriving, and waiting for tires to be replaced, the employees were helpful and kind. Reuben, Mack and Francisco were attentive and pleasant. 10 out of 10 for all.

Same problem as everyone . They are SLOW. Appointments are worthless you get put at the back of the line regardless of you having an appointment. I won't be back. I'll use Goodyear or someone else.

This place is great and has the best tire tech's around, we pulled in because our car computer was showing a low tire, front right. He checked every one of them and set them all at recommended pressure! I didn't get his name , but he got a nice tip

I put my car at Hibdon for alternator replacement. It took them 3 days to replace an Alternator. The next day I was driving back home from Dallas. My car broke down all of sudden on the Highway. I managed to park my car at a station. I have to get my car towed to home. That cost me $600. The next day I put my car for repair, the guy told me “There is a blown fuse, he also told me that they installed BAD ALTERNATOR that made that happen”. That cost me $1000 for repair. I have to put a new alternator and fuse kit. It could have been worst when your car broke down on a Highway. I suggest Never go to this place.

They had made an appointment to look at my mother in-law's car. When I made it to the shop for said appt, the gentleman told me that they would need it overnight. They weren't going to have time to look at it for at least a few hours, if even that day. So I drop the car off. Next day, the car still hasn't been looked at. We're told they might have it another day. I expressed to the sales rep that we need this car, and we need as soon as possible. This level of service is unacceptable. I could understand if I was a walk in. But I had an appointment. I've managed tire shops in one of the busiest cities in our great nation and NEVER did I not fulfill an appointment. 1star for this visit.

They lied to me about needing work done in order to perform an alignment for my 2005 Grand Marquis. And also misaligned my 2012 QX56 Infiniti which caused my tires to wear excessively to the point you can see the wires and they're fairly new tires.

Very slow service. We had an appointment at 1 pm. It was 2:45 before they even got us pulled into the bay. I can understand possibly running an hour late but almost 2 hours is beyond reasonable. Not sure we will return. Update: We were there over 4 hours for a simple, rotate, balance & change tire sensor. Manager wasn’t the least bit concerned when we told him we had to cancel another late afternoon appointment due to their incompetence. We were never offered an update unless we went to the desk and asked. Three times the only answer that we got was that they were working on it. The last time we asked he finally offered that they were short handed. Would have been nice to know that 2 hours into the wait so that we could see about rescheduling, however we weren’t offered that option. WONT be back!!

Took way too long on my a/c system and when I got it back it still didn't work and was charged for it. The second time still took a long time and came back with a broken bumper and claimed they didn't do it. Maybe that one person didn't but they're were many different people that worked on my car. Not going back and I better get my bumper fixed.

We pulled up outside the tire bays, and a young man asked what we needed. He proceeded to check every tire and scanned each wheel to make correct with the car sensors.
