We have been coming to Hibdon for years now, and they have always worked with us and our crazy schedules and we have never had any problems with their work! Would very highly recommend to anyone with any sort of car troubles!!

I asked to order some cheap tires from Chase (just to see how it went). I have 3 other vehicles that could have used some tires as well. I was told, practically guaranteed that if I ordered these tires last week either Thursday or Friday, that they would be here by that weekend and hopefully installed. I knew it was bs but people surprise you. Here it is, a week later, to no surpise, still no tires, no phone call, update, nothing. Just to see if the dude even remembered to order the tires, I called. This guy Christian answers. He puts me on hold to go find Chase apparently because he knows nothing about anything of these tires. I was on hold for so long, that the phone hung up on me after it rang into a voicemail. So I called back, guess who answers this time? Chase, the guy we're looking for! So I tell him, "Hey Christian is running all over that place trying to find you." Chase stayed silent for a while and says "Oooh". I'm still not sure if they even know each other. Then Chase asks again for my name and asks to put me on hold again. So I saved myself some time and cancelled. If you can't seem to know the guy that works up there with you and can't seem to remember who's buying tires and trying to get installed, even when you write it down. Then how I can expect you to order the tires. I happened to call the wrong Hibdon to check on the tires and the person from that store seemed to have more knowledge of my order than the people who actually did it. I had $700 cash to hand him. I was trying to make it a one stop place for all my vehicles. I'll drive a little further and stick with my dealerships. Update: I went to Firestone, they gave me a better tire that was similar to the one I was going to get and getting them installed. Ordered tires Wednesday afternoon, getting them installed Saturday morning for about the same price.

Got two tires mounted, balanced and alignment. very very reasonable price. It took 1 hour and 10 minutes from when I dropped it off to when I picked it up. They were very informative and respectful. A+++ Great staff

I made an appointment 2 days in advance and I was in and out within an hour. It all went very smoothly and the staff was very pleasant

Customer service is lacking at this location. Normally I don't write reviews and it's not worth documenting my experience as it usually falls on deaf ears (similar experience with other 1 star reviews here).....but for anyone reading this.....I wouldn't recommend going to this Hibdons location.

I've had to stop in to get a tire patched twice in the past month, and they were able to get me out within an hour both times, even during the busy holiday season. They are always fast and friendly, and I really appreciate not missing work bc they were able to get me taken care of quickly. Thanks so much

Set up an appointment around 10:30 this morning just to see if I could get in. I received an email right away saying that they had me scheduled for 3 o’clock today. So I go to the appointment and get there probably 20 minutes earlier knew that they were closing at 4 PM And thought if they’re setting an appointment at 3 PM and the hours were posted 8 to 4 that you could fix a leak and one of my tires. Walked in the door told I’m assuming the manager that I had an appointment at three and the first thing he said was my man which to me I’m in customer service I don’t think that’s the way you approach because I don’t know this guy. He said you don’t have an appointment. I don’t have anybody else on my books and so I pulled up the email and showed it to him and he told me that we never called you back because we couldn’t schedule it in. Looking in the surroundings of the store there was nobody that workers in the lobby. Two customers had just left and that’s when he begins to tell me that it’s almost 3 o’clock and we’re trying to get our workers home for Christmas Eve and I said then why would you schedule a 3 o’clock appointment if you’re trying to close early. And also why would you not have some kind of system that calls people and say that they’re not gonna be able to fit you in that day. I’ve been a very faithful customer and suggested to people for over 40 years. The only tire store that I’ve ever went to and to get talk to you like that. So running out of options I needed a car for my wife to drive and drove down the street to Firestone and they fixed it in 10 minutes. No charge. Don’t put a time on the door when you’re not gonna honor it and if you’re busy enough on a day like that you should get in contact with people that have made request and let them know that they won’t be able to handle that appointment.

Spectacular service with a side of peace of mind. I've had an issue with my X5 for weeks. I've been driving around with a noise no one (several mechanics have looked it) could identify or fix. It was anxiety producing and nerve wracking to say the least. I'm on the road all the time, driving at highway speeds. Any non-native noise is a problem, especially given my family is in the car frequently. Hibdon made it effortless to get it fixed. Scheduled an alignment and complete vehicle inspection. Noise was identified in a few short hours and fixed, price for repair included in the inspection. I can not believe they found it, fixed it, and barely charged me a thing. I will be coming back in the future. Wonderful job, boys. Thank you for what you do!

Terrible customer service from the mechanics. Requested a slow leak fixed and a CV axle quote at 10am appointment and mentioned another potential problem they might look at. I wanted to fix the axle as a Christmas present to my mechanic husband. At 5:15pm I had received no calls so I called. Was told the tired was fixed but having a hard time finding the part for the problem I didn’t request a quote for. Day two I received no phone calls. Took me 5 minutes to find the part. Day 3 called the store and was told the tire WASNT fixable. Really? Still no quote. Nobody touched my car at all the day before. Nobody knew anything about the mechanic looking for a part. Mechanic was now on vacation so they were clueless. They called back with a quote on the axle, but by then my husband was aware of his Christmas present and he refused to let me have them fix it. If they had done what I asked in a timely manner, they could have gotten my business. Super disappointed in the lack of communication and neglect. The gal answering the phone was awesome and I felt sorry for her. I have gone here for 18 years and have never experienced such a low level of communication and customer service. Super sad that I have to find somewhere new to go a week before Christmas.

Went on a weekend and they were busy! Highly encourage going in 10-15min early to check in. Staff was nice and service was great. Will be going back to this location for any future tire needs!

2024 F250 Wrangler Duratrac 285/75R16 $512.99! Same tire is $383 at Walmart. They say they price match, but you have to have the paper quote with you. Now I have to go spend an hour getting a quote from Walmart and bring it all the way back to Hibdon. Not sure why the online quote won’t suffice. I figured they would be within $20 of all the other tire shops. Big mistake on my part. Never again will I set foot in Hibdons. Make sure you do your due diligence on tire prices before you shop here.

Worst location. Told me to meet them in back to check my air so I could make it to a different location and never met me…almost made it to where I missed the time to get if fixed at other location. That’s highly unprofessional when you know a customer is in a bind and you don’t have time to help make the repair and then can’t do the one thing you said you could do for her to make sure she gets safely to another location.

I recently had a very disappointing experience at the Hibdon location on Danforth Street in Edmond, OK. I brought in our 2023 Chevy Blazer due to a warning light on the dashboard. What began as a minor issue turned into a prolonged ordeal involving a fuel pump, with the car in the shop for several days. While I understand that repairs can take time, the real problem was the lack of clear communication and professionalism from the staff, especially Skylar, the service manager. Skylar repeatedly provided unclear updates and was dismissive when asked for clarification. He even falsely claimed that there was a delay in receiving approval from Enterprise for the repairs, but when I followed up with Enterprise, I found out that wasn’t true. His attitude both on the phone and in person was unprofessional, making an already frustrating situation much worse. Customer service is key, and unfortunately, it felt like Skylar didn’t care about helping customers or providing accurate information. Hibdon has always been a trusted name, but this experience has made me question the quality of service at this particular location. I hope management takes steps to improve communication and customer care at this store because this was not the level of service I expected.

Was told they can do my alignment ... waited 45min late to work for them to say an employee took the key home to the toolbox.... and they could not do it... was told to Coe back saturday..so I came back to a whole new staff ...and after waiting 1hr speaking to the cashier and customers inside who are all nice... but then the new guy comes back to say he can't do it now because he can't reach his tool around the fender area. It's literally 4 screws stopping him from doing the job. He just looks at it and says no... with a bad attitude . He didn't wanna be at work, we can tell...it was OU VS TEXAS WEEKEND AND OU LOST .SOOO MAYBE THATS WHY I DIDNT GET an ALAIGNMENT AGAIN... WOW, SEARCHING FORBA PLACE WITH A FLOOR LIFT IN OKC. ONLY PLACE WITH IT AND THEY WON'T USE IT ON MY CUSTOM SHOW CAR SADLY

After getting my wheels balanced the first time my jeep steering wheel started wobbling, so I took it back in the wobbling, never went away. I took it to fire stone, and apparently the weights were not put on right? The wobbling stopped in. I’m grateful for them and they price for each tire getting balanced was cheaper to, although I had to pay twice, I’m happy the steering wheel stop wobbling

I just went to get my tire aired up on Danforth and Kelly. They act like they didn't even want to help. I pulled up and there were two men standing there talking. I know I sat for at least five minutes before one of them came over to ask what I wanted. Then I was directed to the back one guy was nice down by the tire area but I went down to the end I sat there looking and the young guy acted like he didn't know what to do but was respectful by saying yes ma'am. I don't think he fixed the air issue because the light never went off. 🤷🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️

I went there for because I had a nail in my sidewall. I knew that I would have to get the tire replace. They were very polite and worked my flat repair in. My wait time was less than expected.
