The customer service provided by Rob at this Hibdon's location was outstanding. This was my second visit to this location @ 3800 S. Broadway, Edmond in 2 months. Unlike the Hibdon's @ 3000 S. Broadway, Rob went above and beyond. He was able to have my tire sensors checked in less than 5 minutes and had a new one installed quickly. The Hibdon store @ 3000 S. Broadway stated he would have to check my tire pressure and my wait would be 3 hours before he could check. Both stores had only two people waiting in their lobbies with open bays. The man at 3000 S. Broadway Edmond store was not interested in helping me out much less in a timely manner. I highly recommend Rob's store at 3800 S. Broadway, Edmond, OK. Outstanding customer service was given!

Eric and Robert worked on my 02 Celica installing new wheels and performing an overall alignment. Great customer service! Work was done superb in extremely timely manner and spot on communication and cost. Highly recommend!

The staff was beyond helpful, did not try to upsell, and understood my budget constraints. They sold me great tires at an affordable price. Additionally, they were extremely fast, I was in and out in less than 30 minutes.

These guys are always anxious to help, the last two times I brought tires with nails embedded and within 15 minutes each time the tire was repaired at no charge. I’ll definitely remember when it comes time to new tires, I have bought tires from them in the past. Highly recommend this particular Hibdon store.

I had a nail in my tire and they were the 3rd place I stopped to get it fixed. One place said I needed an appointment and was going to be 7 hrs, the other said 2 to 3 hrs. Hibdon got me in and out in less than 30 min and was very accommodating and polite.

I love this hibdons tires. They set me up for an appointment as soon as they opened and got me out very quickly. Great customer service, very friendly. All four of my tires were cheaper than anyone else around. Thanks, manager and employees.

We were in desperate need of a new tire as ours had been torn apart on the I-40 the night prior and the team took us in almost right away. We had a new tire and were back on the road in under an hour. We've already driven a few hundred miles on it and so far so good! Very honest and professional people here, and we were very pleased with the service. Thanks for your help!

Absolute joke. Needed a tire patched on an open trailer. Trailer has a 2400 pound car on it so the lazy employee claims they can’t take the tire off. This would be less weight that a standard dually truck. They’re just lazy and don’t care. Discount tire will always fix or replace my trailer tires but they’re closed today. Just skip these guys! As an update. This store had 1 customer and refused to service me. Took it to Hibdons on Danforth, which had 20 customers and they took the tire off and patched it. Anthony was super helpful and got it handled for me in 10 minutes.

Ended up with a punctured tire in two different spots on Expressway I-35, being very tired, stressed and concerned for my Family the Team at Tires Plus very Professionally and skillfully got to work on fixing our punctured tire.!! We are extremely grateful for the team at Tires Plus who helped us get us back on the road within 30 minutes on 8/15/2024.!! God Bless them all which I feel horrible for not getting their names but maybe whoever reads this I would appreciate you and advice you to take your vehicle to service your tire, allingment, tire balance or suspension work, you will be satisfied with the work well done and the customer service.!!

NEVER SHALL I EVER RETURN. MGR was not interested in working on my POV (Even w/Appt) Stated one thing did another, asked for a detailed Brake inspection rec a ruff estimate on brake life, They broke two portions of my POV. Gave me a "ball-park" estimate on the cost of repair instead of looking it up. NOTHING about this experience made me feel like I should EVER trust these people to work on my POV. Called my normal location saved over $300 on repair.

Today wasn't a good day with Hibdon. Put a deposit down last week for 2 truck tires and 1 trailer tire. I made an appointment for Sunday at 9:00 am . When I arrived there , they informed me that he had forgotten to order my truck tires🫨.So, I got there today7/1/24, to have the 2 truck tires installed, which they did. Before leaving their parking area, I noticed that they had installed the wrong tires . It took another 3-4 hours before it was made right.

So I made an appointment for 11 am. I checked in and the woman was not very friendly. I had my two year old with me. As soon as I check in she says oh the tire truck is here. It's going to be over an hour before we can get to you. What's the point of making an appointment if they are going to push you off. Literally a 15 minute job, and I saw mechanics just standing around on their phones while I am trying to entertain a two year old at a tire shop. Another customer came in waiting 15 minutes to be greeted and left because no one was at the front desk. You could be making a lot more money with better customer service skills...just saying. Customer service is definitely lacking on this day at this establishment.

Unless you know cars inside and out, don't come here. They took advantage of my relative lack of knowledge on engines and took $1600 from me to replace parts that weren't causing my issue even though they "were definitely sure they knew what my problem was". I really want my money back, but getting in touch with the corporate offices have also been useless. Thanks for robbing me. PS- Went to a different TiresPlus location in a different state and had problem fixed. They even showed me the actual part that was in fact broken too.

They were super helpful and timely. They addressed the issues I had and gave me recommendations for upcoming maintenance but didn’t try to push anything extra on me. It seemed they valued me as a customer. I will go back again when needed.

Had me wait in an empty shop while 5-6 guys were huddled up goofing off while my car sat for 45 minutes for them to tell me my tire couldn’t be repaired but they could replace it, but discount tire did it I will take my business there and refer people there your store is trash and has horrible customer service especially the white girl
