They have gone the extra mile to get a replacement tire when it was damaged beyond repair. Looked for a very elusive tire leak. They don't do inner tubes in tires.

Always a great experience. They are friendly and knowledgeable and kept me updated. The manager Kevin is always a pleasure to deal with and you can tell he takes pride in his work and putting out a quality service.

They only had one guy up front the phones were ringing off the hook ! I waited 10 to 15 min for help and he was rude saying it will be awhile for an oil change i had called in and scheduled guess this is how you treat your customers now stay away from this place

I had gotten tires for my nephew. I unfortunately was already in a mood when I went to check on his car 15 minutes before the location closed and hadn't heard when it would be done. There were a few issues we ran into like the wrong tires being installed on the car, but even though I was ridiculously irritated - Vida and Kevin took care to make it right even as they were closing. I appreciate their customer service. Its rare these days anyone take accountability. Thanks Kevin and team.

Just walked in at 8:07 super rude young desk kid. Walked out went somewhere else.He needs some customer service training. How do you not know a estimated time to have a oil change done. It could be until Friday or Saturday in what world it's frickin Wednesday. Poor service this place has gone down the drain. It only took 3 times to get my tire balance right...

The seating capacity appears to be insufficient for the scale of the business. Consideration should be given to expanding the seating arrangements in the future to accommodate a larger number of customers.

This use to be an honest location but now all the management and employees have changed and just another rip off repair shop. Took my truck for an alignment and they wanted to charge my over $3000. Took it to my own mechanic and had a $225 bill. Hibdon did put on 3 tires and sway bar link. So Hibdon/Firestone/Bridgestone you just lost another customer after 12 years loyalty. Wish the Hibdon family still owned it.

I Made an appointment for a Vehicle Integrity Inspection, just to make sure All is "Good to Go". Unfortionately, the Brakes that I had Replaced by a Local Dealership, where the Vehicle was purchased, were found to be Worn Completely, along with the Rotors. I only had 23,000 miles on the Dealership Replaced Brakes. The Car is Driven Approximately 4000 miles per year. Needless to say I was a little shocked. However, I should have not been, since I had quit using the Dealership long ago, due to Hibdon finding a problem with My Car, that the Dealer could Not find. I feel that Hibdon Tire & Auto, Saved not only My Life but, My Families Lives as well. Anyway, Hibdon had All the parts and replaced the defective Brakes. It took about 2-1/2 hours for the Repair and an Alignment. I was amazed at how the Car handled with the New Brakes. Not only did it Stop much smother but, it Stopped in a much shorter distance. Since owning this Car, it has Never Stopped like this. Its so much easier to Drive now. I have used Hibdon for many Years, on several Cars and Trucks. They have always kept My Vehicles running Great and Hibdons cost for Repair has always been Fair. Also, unlike the Dealships I have used in the past, I have Never been disappointed by Hibdon Tire.

If I could give negative stars, I would. I dropped off 2 wheels and 2 new tires to have them mount and balanced. Service was amazing! Then they called me in like 30 mins, after telling me it was going to take 2 hours, so I was thinking that was pretty quick! Then when I picked them up, I failed to look at them until I went to put the wheels on my wife’s car. I THEN noticed how badly scratched her wheels were! I called the store and spoke with Kevin, the manager. He then proceeded to tell me that his machines were “non touch” and to bring him the car so he can look at it. When he took a look he then blamed me for the damage. The new tires were put on the back wheels. Those are the only two that have very similar scratching all the way around the wheel. He tried to say that since all 4 wheels had previous damage (not similar to the new damage at all) that it must have been there before. Had I known it was going to be an issue, I would’ve taken pictures before. I used to work for hibdons/Firestone. I don’t say that because I know how to use the system for free stuff, I say that because I had always seen firsthand, how they took care of the customer. Idk what happened from the time I worked for them and now but it’s not the same. I tried to level with them and say “I’ve accidentally scratched a wheel with the very same equipment!” He proceeded to say that maybe I shouldn’t mount tires anymore because his technicians are better than that. Kevin then went on to get loud with me when he wanted to know how much money I wanted? I didn’t want money. I wanted to be taken care of. To make it “okay” he offered to meet me in the middle and give us a $100 to get them repaired. Idek how much that is as far as repair costs. Idk if that’s good or bad so we just said okay and left. Will no longer do business with that company or any of their stores. So if anyone can recommend a wheel repair place that doesn’t treat customers like Kevin and Zach do, please recommend away.

Went in for an alignment. When I left the steering wheel wasn't even centered and pulling so hard left it would jerk the car over it was centered when dropped off. I called and came back the next morning and they told me I don't have camber bolts even though it does, they gave me my car back with the front left wheel leaning bad. The 2 begining alignment print off sheets they gave me were completely different when it showed the before specs. I asked for my money back and was told no. Went to the dealer to have an alignment and they said it has the right bolts, its pulling straight and steering wheel is back to center thanks to the dealership. I lost about $150 for a service they couldn't complete. I will never do business here again.

6 hours waiting one day for a set of tires, 2 hours and counting waiting today for an alignment…. Nobody should have to spend this much time somewhere without being on the payroll! Very disappointing! Update: When i got home I noticed 12 balancing weights on one of my wheels and I thought that didn’t look right so I decided to take it to a different Hibdon location. The other location agreed that wasn’t right and re-balanced all of the wheels.(tire tech made the comment the other store completely replinished their weight supply). They also discovered the alignment was still not set correctly!

I have used this HIBDON Tires Plus for a very long time. I came in earlier this week with a specific problem relating to something potentially done at a dealership with the alignment. As usual, Kevin, the store manager, and Edward were incredibly helpful in diagnosing and fixing the problem. I left, and my car felt brand new. I was a little lighter in the pockets, but it was worth it to have my car back. Huge shout out to both of those guys. They are great and can most definitely be trusted.

Completely dishonest. Needed new tires and didn’t want to keep the bigger size tires shocks and struts previous owner had put on truck. Scheduled appointment 2 months in advance for a Friday morning at open. Told it would take about 2-3 hours to take off and put back to original size. Take off work and drop off as soon as doors open. No word by 1pm so I go back and the truck hasn’t moved. Told them I needed it by 4:30 they said they would pull it in then. Get a call at 4 and they don’t have the right size wheels and tires they had 2 months to prepare. They had already lowered front and if lowered back would cause issues with current size. So I settle for the same size and leaving back alone. 15 months later and 30k miles and the truck is shaking like an overpowered message chair. Take it to another servicer who says tires are cupped due to how they lowered the front and not the back. Will need to lower back and get new normal size tire. Supposed to have 50k mile warranty on tire. So I go back here and they say it’s due to bad alignment (which they did a year ago) and lack of rotation. Says he’s a new owner of this store and won’t honor the company warranty. Just a complete joke.

Twice I have come here to 3000 S. Broadway because of car trouble while on a road trip to Oklahoma. To me, they seem to be honest, polite, considerate, fair, and trying hard NOT to sell you anything you don't need. Last week they managed to fix my minor engine malfunction on short notice in just a few hours so I could feel safe to start driving back home. On a previous trip some years ago they did a simple repair on a leaky tire for me for no charge. I think that shows the kind of good, neighborly people they are.
