After a random phone call to check these guys out, Joe was super up-front and honest. Braught my vehicle in for tires and an allignment. They had it done in less time than I had anticipated. Super attentive to their customers needs, and are all super fun and knowledgeable. Definitely recommended 👌🏽

We bought a 2013 Subaru Crosstrek from this place in January, 2025. Vehicle drives well. They gave us a 3 month/30,000mile warranty. When I test drove it I checked everything and it all seemed to work. It was a warm day when I tested it so I could not tell if the rear defrost was working. Needs to be cold/snow/ice to really see if that works. Anyway, we got the vehicle home and had a snowy/icy day a few days later and realized the rear defrost was not working at all. I contacted H&H and they said they would take a look so we took it in. They said it was not heating up on one side in the rear and they would fix it. After a few hours of waiting, they said it seems to be heating up now. So we headed home. The next morning we checked it again and it was not working at all. I made a video of this. I warmed the car up completely, turned on the rear defrost and waited. Nothing. Does not work at all. I contacted H&H again. They were not so quick to get back to me at this point. Hard to get them to return a message as they did not want to deal with me anymore. Finally, they wrote me back: "Unfortunately, Connor said that it is not a covered component under the complimentary warranty. He said the mechanics noticed it was just slow to heat but it did work." Obviously they did not even care about the video proof I sent absolutely proving 100% that it does not work at all. Zero! I will never do business with H&H Tire and Auto Sales again and I advise anyone thinking about it to dot all your I's and cross all your T's before signing anything with them. We will have the rear defrost fixed by a certified Subaru mechanic. H&H will mostly likely claim that they would look at our car again, but why would we risk that when they said they already fixed it and did not, then simply ignored the video proof we sent and continued to claim it was just slow to heat, but it works. What a shame. All those good reviews. I think the reason they have those reviews is that they tell you when you buy a car from them that if you leave a google review, we will give you and extra key for your car for free, so it's the same thing as paying for reviews. Be careful with these people.

I recently purchased a Subaru Outback from H&H. It was very clean and so far is running great. They are low pressure and I appreciated that they let me take my time with two test drives. They do no negotiate their advertised price which works for me as I do not like haggling and was okay with the advertised price. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from them again.

This was by far one of the best car buying experiences ever. In and out in under 2 hours, including looking over 6 vehicles, checking how our car seats would fit, test driving the ine we bought, all the way through fo pulling off the lot Spencer was very helpful. And they even let us leave original car there temping, since we are from out of town and up for appointments and my wife doesn't like driving in the city. Got a very nice 2008 Toyota Highlander.

About 6 weeks ago I was looking for a new-to-me vehicle and after looking at quite a few dealership vehicles, dealing with “pushy” salespeople (I know its their job), an unspeakable amount on follow up emails, text messages and phone calls from said employees, I remembered that my friend had good experiences buying a car from H&H Tires so I decided to give them a try. My experience with H&H Tires and Car Sales was the opposite of what I experienced at the other dealerships during my search, I felt listened to about my wants and needs, the patience they showed with my indecisiveness, the fair prices on their vehicles, their willingness to let me bring my final choice to a mechanic to have it checked out, their willingness to go over the mechanics report and the fair concessions received. My dealings with Cassie and Spencer were very professional yet focused on customer satisfaction. Keep it up!!! If I look for a new-to-me car, you’ll be my first stop instead of my last 🤩

I am a vendor for the mechanics and was just verbally accosted by a lady that works there. Apparently she did not like where I parked and parking is very limited and I have a large vehicle and tried to stay out of the way of business. Upon leaving she told me to move and I said I was on my way. When I didn't move fast enough she began yelling and swearing at me. Keep in mind this was happening in front of employees and customers. I asked politely to stop and she continued. She brought the owner out and I explained what happened and got little response. I told him if he doesn't want my services then that will be fine with me. I advised all the mechanics what happened and that I will not be returning. Keep in mind have been stopping at H and H for about 6 years and have built a relationship with those mechanics. Now thanks to her the mechanics will be without my services. If this is the kind of behavior that is condoned there I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

I was in the lot Tuesday morning around 9am just looking at some cars cause I wanted something newer, I was only there about 10 minutes and decided I did not want to buy a car or anything from this dealership. In the time I was there I saw a lady get very verbal with the tool truck, Cornwell I believe, and she was incredibly rude to this poor man trying to do his job, she proceeded to go into the building so I assume she worked there and left barely minutes later since this is how their employees act. If they let the employees act this way to a tool truck driver who is necessary to the shop mechanics then how will they treat the customers who are supposed to be important to business as well. I will not be buying a car or even tires from this place only because I’m afraid of how poorly I might be treated.

OK. Wtf. Best service. Best prices. Best staff! These guys litterally turned me popping one tire and not having a spare (a very bad albeit my fault for being in that situation) to me walking out with four brand new bad ass tires for my Ram and they put it on and I spent less than I was quoted at Discount and Les Schwab! Shout out to Joe for taking care of me. Im definitely bringing my Gramma here for here jeep and would recommend to any one. 5/5

Best experience I could imagine. I took my tires to 5 tire shops and no one could help me get the bead to set and air them up. H&H was my 6th stop and they had it done in 30 min. Definitely recommend and I will be going here for now on.
