My husband and I were hauling a pretty large load on our 28ft gooseneck when our tire decides to blow in Itasca we didn't have a jack that would lift the trailer or a spare tire!! Thank goodness Hewitt roadside assistance was available!! This gentleman went over and beyond to make sure we got back on the road safely!! The service was awesome!! The timeliness of service was awesome!! The price was very reasonable!! I give this business 2 thumbs up!! I definitely recommend this business!!

Service was prompt and efficient. We had a blowout in the middle of the night and everyone was speeding past us and the guy at Hewitt roadside assistance found us quickly and got us back on the road.

DO NOT CALL these guy for truck repairs ..!! he is a tire guy NOT A MECHANIC …! He will claim that he is just to come and take a look of your truck charger you for the road service And to tell you he can’t rephrase a airline This guy is a scammer 👹

I called and they were very helpful on the phone and I’ve tried calling back multiple times and I can’t get a hold of anyone and the voicemail hasn’t been set up. Not helpful at all when stranded with a flat tire

Other company told me three hours then canceled last minute glad I called multiple people cuz this guy called me back on his way back Fri. Itasca came and fixed it right when the other guy finally canceled great guy good customer service expensive but what do you expect when they working in 17⁰ weather

Service was amazing! He came out to us quick, and instantly started helping us in the rain. Quick, efficient, and super nice! I recommend him to be sent out whenever someone needs help. Amazing customer service and experience!

Thank you for being the only company that answered the AAA call. What a horrible experience to be stuck on the fly while vehicles and trucks are flying by and your car is pitch black. Gentleman was professional and speedy and got me safely on my way!!!

He took forever to get a simple job done all I needed was a tire change on my truck took him OVER A HOUR to finish the job. DO NOT RECOMMEND HIM go to Alvarado road side assistance.
