Unfortunately this company motto is , If you don't buy enough tires, your business is not to our standards and account will close without any consideration of notification or warning. Now that is big corporate mentality. Fortunately there are other reputable businesses that consider doing business without having to buy thousands of dollars every month. This company does not have your back. They only scratch their own back 😔

Trucker review. My appointment was at 8 a.m. and was promptly on the dock. I had 396 tires and was out of there by 10:30 a.m. . Everyone was pleasant to me. If you get there early and need a place to sleep, you can sleep on the street in front of the building. Was easy to find with Google Maps.

Lies, Lies and more Lies. After doing business with this company for years, one day the login stopped working. I called them to get the password reset, and they say "we can not find your account". I gave them the account number, and they say "we can not find your account". After several calls and attempts, i would always get the same result. Also, after speaking to Jason, he promised he would check on this and then call me back... never a call back. Today, I went through the trouble to call them back and informed them that i found one of my past invoices, so i could provide an invoice number for them to look up, and to show that the account number I provided before was correct. OH, he says, well let me explain to you that we closed your account, he says. We have a rule about minimum purchases that you were not reaching. Really?? Why could you have NOT told me this when you closed the account? Why could you have not told me this one of the 6 previous times that I called to get my password reset? Very unprofessional!!

They don’t sell to the public even if you have a wholesale permit from the state. Lol okay I’ll just buy from the other warhorse on 35 and walzem. These guys are full of it. I’m from Houston never had an issue EVER buying with my wholesale permit and this was the first time. Hope This helps you other ppl out don’t waste your time calling
