Easy communication! (Through text) Brought my car in needing a lot of suspension fixes. Promptly fixed it and also showed me a few parts needing change and why. Gave me a great price!!!! I shopped 2 other places charging double! Great prices! And great work! Got my car back on the road! Definitely not a shop that overcharges. Helped me back driving without breaking that bank Highly recommend!

They are totally scammers. They are over charging for parts, labor and everything. If could give zero, I would.

I visited to repair the right front strut assembly and oil change of my 2015 KIA Soul. It was making a rattling noise on the bumpy roads. My car has been properly inspected, and they suggested replacing the part with a reasonable, fair price (parts + hours, includes 1 year warranty) and no hidden charges. For me, it was very simple to deal with and talk to them, straight to the point. I highly recommend them. They try their best effort to solve the issues. My car is now running finer than before.

It was the worst customer experience ever in my life. I’ve never been that disrespected before. The one that I assumed their boss is extremely rude, mean, disrespectful. They were the only mechanic had the parts I need. That’s why I had to get my car fix over there. Never go there! Unless you wanna be insulted!

I left all happy my AC was cold and literally an hour later my car started moving my motor mounds broke and they did say they were messed up but never said it was dangerous to drive!!! Thank God it happened at the light and not on the road with my kids while I was driving. Had to call a wrecker!!! Ok since you wanna blame me it’s fine but if I was told it was dangerously bad because I did ask if it’s drivable and you said it’s drivable. Had you said and the hose for the AC was directly across it so it had to be known if it was in worse condition than before. Again I’m not an expert and if it was a hazard to myself and others then I should have been told or asked please don’t drive it because I did ask and either way no one was hurt but maybe you can be a little more specific about danger to the person and the public.

Kevin and his employees were awesome throughout the whole process of changing my spark plugs and putting in a new water pump in my Lincoln MKX! Their customer service is amazing! I highly recommend using them for your auto repair needs. The price was extremely fair and they made sure that we were satisfied…and WE ARE VERY SATISFIED!! Thank you!!!

This is the most professional and honest mechanic shop you can go to in the area hands down. I brought my 2010 Lincoln MKZ as a walk in from doing a quick Google search and I have to say I'm really impressed with the mechanics and how they do business. They've already done alot of work to my car and I'll be dealing with them for all my car maintenance in the future I won't deal with nobody else but them I even referred my friends and family

I’ve lived in Houston a year now and when I first came I had the worst experience from a mobile mechanic! Ever since I found the herrera’s auto shop I haven’t looked anywhere else. So trust worthy, affordable and always done in a timely manner! I wouldn’t recommend anyone else in Houston!
