I am a retired senior. I was lucky to have found these guys. They know their stuff and are always helpful with any questions a old lady could ask. They will not rip you off.Very reasonable on prices. I have been ripped off at other places but that won't happen here. I will never trade with any other service station.

Review Title: Poor Quality Repairs and Lack of Accountability I had an extremely disappointing experience with Hermantown Service Center. I paid $1500 for a new clutch, only to have it fail again a month later. The car exhibited the same issues as before, and when I contacted Rick about it, he accused someone of abusing the clutch, which was not the case. To make matters worse, after I sold the car, the same problem occurred with the new owner, proving that the initial repair was inadequate. Hermantown Service Center failed to stand behind their work, and I was left feeling cheated and frustrated. I would not recommend their services to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy auto repairs.

Ian and all the others who work here friendly, helpful, and their prices for work are right in line with other mechanics. Much better service and prices than the dealerships!

They back their work!! Recently had an issue that had been previously serviced in March but recurred. After assessing, determined it should be under warranty. They worked with dealership and ultimately it was fully covered. They are trustworthy and stand by their work and advocate on behalf of their customers!

I love this shop--- this is MY shop. Rick and Ian and all the professionals are excellent mechanics-- fair and trustworthy. They take care of me and I would go nowhere else--- and neither should you.

Our family has been using Hermantown service Center for years. I could not wish for a better and more affordable service than theirs. Very happy with Rick and Jan for the excellent customer service experience they provide. There is no better place than Hermantown Service Center for auto repair needs!

My car started acting up near them and I pulled into their lot. They were kind enough to pull it in and take a peek to give me an idea of what could be wrong even though they didn't have much time and they wouldn't be able to fix it.
