Herman and Rick do honest, quality work at a fair market price.They treated me like I was their only customer (of course I wasn't) and they answered any questions I had and advised me to return at any time if my rebuilt transmission had issues of any kind. It's hard to find vehicle service providers that are trustworthy, but I trust Herman and Rick 100%. They did what they said they would do, and they did it on time.

I gotta say... I haven't gotten my SUV back yet and feel so moved by Herman that I have to post this. Based on prior reviews, I'm sure his work is going to be solid. You don't stay in business this long without doing great work. That being said, Herman is great to work with. I had already researched my issue and had a good idea of the problem. Herman took the time to do the same research before even quoting me. If there was a way to give more stars I would. If I have any other jobs he'd take for my vehicles, I'm definitely going to make sure to give him the business.

SUPERB SERVICE! Excellent PRICE! I took my 1966 Chrysler Newport to Herman for a complete transmission rebuild. Herman and Rick, who have served Tucson for 40+ years in their location advised me on exactly the proper parts for the rebuild, allowed me to examine the state of the old stuff, cautioned me regarding the state of the vehicle frame near the cross-member, and allowed me to come visit with my little family so they could see that Mathilda (our Newport) was getting the best care available. They will check their work when I drive far enough for break-in, and overall are HONEST, HUMBLE, INTELLIGENT MASTER CRAFTSMEN of automotive transmissions. I've not in my 55 years met better automotive mechanics in any capacity, and urge all and sundry drivers to hire Herman's Automatic Transmissions for their transmission needs. Update: 10/15/2020 Went by for a small matter which Saint Herman put right for a MOST REASONABLE fee! Again, hands down, Herman Rousch is the BEST PROFESSIONAL MECHANIC I've known in 58 years! I pray he continues to do what makes him happy for as long as he wants to. They don't come better than Herman and Rick. God bless them both.
