First of all I went for a code read that I already had but he wanted me to bring it in to do another one second told me I need a new engine when all that needed to be fixed was my sensor and a valve , all cylinders were great except for the number three it was reading low and at 70 percent he went I. To tell me he don’t do those and he would just replace the whole engine ? By the way I paid 400 just for him to tell me nothing please get a second review matter fact don’t take your car there if u drive a dodge charger I was very very u happy and disappointed he may be good for older cars and something easy but I do not recommend him

Bryan and friends have saved the day , I think everyone needs a Great Mechanic Shop , Id recommend Henrys auto repair ,I drive an Older car and she still going thanks to Henrys Auto. 05/22/2024 Still applying Had a emergency situation Henry's diagnosed and within about 1 hour me and lady friend aka My truck :) were completely back to are everyday duties:)

I have been going to Henry’s auto repair for about 6 yrs I refuse to take my car any where else no matter how small or huge of a problem I have with my car Brian always takes good care of me no matter how swamped/busy he his I really trust him appreciate how hard he works to get the job done to his best ability I always speak directly to Brian but the whole team is great!

Be aware of this place and save money, get a diagnostic elsewhere. Took my Chrysler 300 2005 2.7 for an overheating issue. My car had 168,000 miles. I took it in for a checking/ diagnostic, they called me and said everything looked normal. They did tell me they charged me $525 to replace the valve cover gasket and front seal cover as the engine was burning oil. I paid and got the job done. The car was still overheating, took it back. They changed the coolant and was still overheating, took it again and told me to come back Monday. After paying them, it was clear that they didn’t want me coming back. The owner didn’t even listen to me and was almost excusing me out the shop. I took my car to another shop and got charged $125 for a diagnostic but figured oht the issue. It turns out I have a blown head gasket. The other shop charges me $3000 to fix it, so I might as well switch engine, meaning I lose the $525 I paid to replace the valve cover gasket all because they didn’t diagnose the initial problem accurately. If I knew I had a blown head gasket, I would have absolutely not lost the $525.

If I could leave more than 5 Stars I would. I recently moved to the area and the auto shop is at the end of my street. With it being so close to home I thought I’d give it a go. Too convenient. So I just took it in on a whim. I was tempted to go to the dealer as usual but I’m so glad I didn’t. What a brilliant experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming and very prompt, despite being extremely busy. I got new break-pads, an oil change, tire rotation and front sensor replaced all in around 3hrs. And I couldn’t believe the price. Very reasonable, to say the least! The dealer price was almost twice as much! It’s safe to say I’ve found my new Auto Shop. I won’t go anywhere else from now on. Great service, they know what they’re doing. You can trust them.

This place is a well kept secret by its customers. Though we really truly want to share this place with you and everyone, and anyone, sometimes we just want to keep it to ourselves; but I'll make an exception this time around; because if everyone knew about our secret go to mechanic, we would never be able to have our vehicles worked on due to being over crowded.You see, being that they do such an amazing job,(at everything that they repair,) often times,their lot is overflowing with vehicles in line to be repaired.But we the customers know that it'll be worth the wait because they do such an amazing job and won't overcharge you much like other mechanics that want you to help pay for their rent by saying: you need this, and you need that, etc. when in fact it's not true that you need this,or that. Years ago, my uncle went in and said that some mechanic said that he would need this and that and it wasn't true.Brian the shops manager told my uncle that that mechanic doesn't know what he is talking about;he then told my uncle: Get out of here. (but in a good way) you don't need that. Who told you that? They're trying to make money off of you that's all. And this is why this establishment is so blessed with the amount of business that it has due to their honesty. D.P. My uncle has a small pick-up, and an older caddy that keeps on running beautifully due to Brian, and his expert mechanics.

This place is predatory. I took mycar in for a diagnostic, having already ran the car through another diagnostic. They gave me the different code and they tried to get me to do a repair that was totally unnecessary and super expensive. They think that the customers dont know about cars so they are trying to take advantage. Be careful. Go somewhere else.

Very knowledgeable mechanic. I took my Mazdaspeed3 for a diagnostic because a lot white smoke was coming from the exhaust, and he took his time to really dig into the problem and fixed it right away. And my car feels like new again. It was an expensive fix but it's because the parts were expensive, but happy with he results. I wanted to take it to someone who truly knows what they are doing because some mechanics leave things worse than how they were in the first place. My car because of the issue was low on oil, and he gave me a complimentary oil change. Will definitely recommend him. Thanks Henry
