Horrible experience. The company is not bad, but Kristen made the whole experience bad for me. She was very racist and judgmental towards me. I would not recommend this company simply because of her. She acted very disgustingly and she should be ashamed and embarrassed. I can’t believe a company would actually hire her. Bad representation to the biker community and we don’t want someone like her.

I have never been there but from what my friends tell me about Hell bound motorcycles is that they are just fantastic with everything that they know about motorcycles and to me that means a lot!! Rock on Hellhound motorcycles!! .. Gunner

Did an okay job, Cheyenne took several weeks to get back to me between calls and forgot to put the circlip back on which holds my clutch together, didn’t find out until it fell apart while I was riding. My tank console was installed crooked and without the rubber seal it came with. Average shop at best.

Cheyenne Is such a great guy. He took the time to inspect my bike and they’re working on a quote for me now. I can’t rate them anything less than 5 stars and they haven’t done any work yet. That’s how great they are. The atmosphere is very healthy and he gave me plenty of riding tips. The icing on top of the cake is that he gave me a hug before I left. In my opinion that means he actually cares about me and my safety, I’m a customer for LIFE!

Cheyenne and team hit a home run. I have a 2009 Big Dog Wolf. It’s semi custom and is pretty special to me. We had bike dropped off as it simply wasn’t running right. It’s 13 years old and has never really been ridden so things like fuel pump, injectors, and such started to go. It also has a computer and can be ‘touchy.’ Cheyenne worked through all the issues. Sought answers if he needed them and I picked up bike today. It has never started or run as good as it has and I am truly grateful. I have found a shop that can care for my bike and couldn’t be happier! Thanks Cheyenne!!!!

Cheyenne is a straight up guy. He and Kristen keep you in the loop about your repairs letting you know their progress and taking super care of your bike. Their work is exceptional. I would recommend Hellbound cycles to anyone who cares about their bike.

If you want precise work done? This is the place. If you want that extra effort of service? This the place. I needed a rear tire and while replacing it noticed my brake pads were bad, pins on my caliper were bad. They didn't just assume to take care of it, they asked me first. Great personality and professional. Thank you Cheyenne and staff. Proud to wear your name on my bike.

Cheyenne has gone above and beyond working with my insurance company and keeping me up to date on everything happening with my bike since my accident I’ll definitely use Hellbound for any future repairs

Found a great local MC shop for my '08 ST1300! Hellbound Cycles owners Cheyenne and Kristin are personable, friendly and professional and the work performed was spot-on. You know when the biz owner is turning the wrench it'll be done right. Everything from a late-60's Honda dirt bike, to a Kawi Concours 14 to a half-dozen Harleys and a beast of a chopper were there for service by Cheyenne. I had tires replaced and Cheyenne's thorough safety check revealed rear pads needing replacement and I'll be back for fork seals.
