Just moved into the neighborhood and needed an oil change, everybody from the counter to the shop was extremely helpful and on top of everything. Used a coupon I received in the mail and was given amazing service! Will definitely be bringing my truck here moving forward!

As a first time customer, I was taken away by how good my experience at Heights Autohaus was. Interactions with the employees were refreshingly personal, and the service was quick and accurate. This locally owned and operated business is head and shoulders above the dealership where I’ve been having my vehicle serviced for far too long. I am now a Heights Autohaus customer for life!

Called on 1.2.24 as I was looking for a new shop to service my Audi. Needed to ask a couple of questions. Phillip answered the phone and proceeded to talk to me with a condescendence and terrible attitude. Refused to answer any questions (gave a couple of blank responses) and refused to transfer me to another service advisor. Terrible attitude when speaking with a new prospective customer.

Go to the dealer to buy your car but go to Heights Autohaus to have it serviced. Stan and Phillip are both awesome. This shop surprised me by being so quick and knowledge with my Benz. The prices are fair but far below the dealer. Oil Change, leaks, diagnostics the works. They have the tech and the knowledge to take care of you..

I don't write a lot of reviews but Heights Autohaus went above and beyond to take care of me. I waited a few months to write this review to make sure the coolant leak saga on my diesel Audi Q5 had indeed finally come to a close after multiple attempts from different shops, and I'm happy to report that Heights Autohaus was the one to finally solve the issue. Just as important though is the WAY they went about conducting business. Trey and Stan worked with me from the get-go and even pulled in the owner to earn my business in a way that I find very rare these days. Transparency, empathy, proactive communication, and professionalism were on full display. On top of that, Scott (the tech) took the time to show me what had caused the issue, how he did the repair, and what I can do going forward to keep things running smoothly. The whole crew exemplified the value that local businesses bring to the community, and I won't be going anywhere else for repairs or maintenance items in the future. They also did some suspension work that has been great so far. Amazing experience overall.

Stay away this shop the manager will rip you off! I went there cause I got a coupon ok the mail that had writen a special on a oil change with a discount and with a FREE check of the vehicle. So I enter and asked the price of the oil change which was $79, also I told him can you please check if there is a coolant leak and he said ok without giving a price, so I though that was part of the free check of the vehicle. When finishing he told me I had to pay $290 in total because of the leak check, without telling me prior to do it. I paid and I was complaining to him that basically he rip me off and I forgot to sign on the terminal and this guy that probably is the worst manager out there took the keys of my car and threated me telling me arent you going to sing? Do you want your car back? Stay away from this kind of places

Questionable business ethics here! I was buying a battery for my wife's car today(carry-out) and as we were finishing up the credit card charges I asked about the battery core charge for when I returned the old battery as the total charge looked a little higher than I expected. I was told there is no core credit--that batteries are considered a "petroleum product" and the state charges a fee for their sale and disposal. Well, I already knew about this state fee, so I asked to see the receipt and showed the salesman that there WAS a $3 state fee for the battery. Then I noticed there was ALSO, a $24.75 fee called "shop supplies", and no mention of refundable "core charges" anywhere. I told the salesman something was wrong here, but he continued to insist this $24.75 "shop supplies" was something the state requires and the charge was built into their Interstate battery program, and that none of the "shop supply" money goes to their shop--that's just how it works. Well, I know this is NOT how battery sales are supposed to work! And, I also knew I was getting overcharged to the tune of $24.75, so I cancelled the entire deal and went down to Advance Auto to buy my battery! Not only did I get free installation of the battery at Advance Auto (Autohaus quoted me $30), but since they were exchanging the battery for me in the parking lot they credited the $22 core charge immediately, thus I didn't have to bring the old battery back--just left it with them. There is definitely something sneaky going on at Heights Autohaus when it comes to these "shop supplies" charges on battery sales, especially as this was a carry-out purchase that don't even use any shop supplies!!

If you want to see how smooth a shop runs, sit around the customer service desk about a half hour and all will be revealed. The shop and the front desk have strong communication as well as the different levels of management. Trey was running the show that day and he was happy to make sure I knew what they knew about my car’s situation by way of showing me the damage on my car and explaining the different approaches. Seeing it was everything and helped me make an informed decision. Beyond that and making sure the part was at the shop expediently; Trey took time to call about my service contract and help me make decisions about ways to pay. No part of the process was veiled and every attempt to be sure clear understanding was made. Trey went above and beyond in his kindness and knowledge. It helped me feel involved in the repair process and informed. Thank you for helping me but also being a shop worth visiting!
