Went for a tire rotation, charged me 30 dollars, didnt dismount the tires just put the rims on opposite sides, literal rats, dont ever go here, tried to charge me 60 dollars over all with a balance, worst tire shop experience ive ever had

I went to this place to replace my tire and I asked them if they had the correct tools to change my tire for my rims. They said they did. Once my tire was replaced, I noticed they had scratched and dented my rims. They did not fix or give me a refund. I paid $25. I recommend going to a different place that will compensate you for their wrongdoing and has workers that will do their job correctly and professionally. A better place that will ask for more money for better quality work./ vine a este lugar para cambiar mi llanta y les pregunté si tenían la propia herramienta para cambiar mi llanta para mis rines. Ellos me dijeron que si. Cuando terminaron, mire que mis rines estaban rayados y con abolladuras. No lo arreglaron y no me dieron un reembolso. Page $25. Yo recomiendo ir a otro lugar que te compensará por su malo trabajo y que tenga trabajadores que son mejores y profesionales. Un lugar más mejor que este porque es mucho mejor pagar un poco más pero con una mejor calidad de trabajo.

Rip off!! Never go here! I got charged double for an alignment! After they were done with my alignment they told me that it was double the initial quote because it needed to be done in the front and back tires! Never have they done that to me in another shop! Nunca vayas aquí! Me cobraron el doble por una alineación! Después de que terminaron con mi alineación, me dijeron que era el doble de la cotización inicial porque era necesario hacerlo en los neumáticos delanteros y traseros. Nunca me habían hecho eso en otro shop

Horrible customer service wouldn’t recommend it they over priced everything $25 to install a plug in a tire or $30 to put your spare tire is crazy

Went for a tire rotation. Did not dismount tires. Now I have my rear sensors in the front. Firestone charges $90 and dismonts. these guys charge $100. Also $20 for a plug

I had to take my car back to them twice in one week and they still didn’t fix the problem! I spent $460 on a repair that wasn’t even needed.The mechanics here are not knowledgeable at all.They also told me I have to pay cash so the shop doesn’t have have to pay taxes on it. Save yourself a headache and don’t ever bring your car here!

I took my 2006 BMW in for a brake job, the person that worked on my vehicle did not to it correctly, actually the brakes were worse, I had to take it to another place that is a 5 star mechanic shop on the other side of Houston..I went back to show them the receipt for fixing the brakes that they did not put on correctly I asked for my money back as far as the labor goes due to the fact the pads were under warranty I just wanted them to make it right the guy Alberto told me the owner wasn't there so I went back the next day he said the owner wasn't there again I said please just make this right I need my money back for the labor he tried to lowball the money that he was supposed to give me and when I said no I paid this for the labor he laughed didn't pay me. I asked to speak to the owner again the owner wasn't there I left my name my phone number and I told them that I just wanted my money back for the labor on the brakes job that they did not do correctly.. please be careful taking your vehicle over there to get fixed. I will take further actions that I need to until this is resolved..

Muy mala experiencia muchachos rateros en cargue las llantas desde un día antes para mañana fui a ponerlas y no estaban y le dije para no esperar las llantas asta que lleguen tengo otro carro igual ponme las del otro carro a este y por cambiarlas 160 pero eso me dijeron asta que yo volví a los 8 días a poner mis llantas no los recomiendo

They do not know what they are doing, went for an motor oil change and they took my transmission oil out instead and over filled my motor oil, drove a total of 20 mins until I brought it back, they replaced my transmission oil with the wrong oil, and now I have to get a new transmission, the owner Alberto refused to take care of any expenses
