This business has serviced my car for 18 yrs. Yes it's old. But recently they has done shabby repairs on my vehicle. I had to take my car back twice because of sloppy work only to have the owner tell me "you have an old car:" It's a 2004. He took payment from me knowing my car was NOT FIXED properly. Because of this I was able to find mechanics that cared and did the job right. My car has never run so smoothly and with power. Thank you Columbia Auto Service.

Fabulous place for annual safety and emissions inspections! They do first come first serve walk-ins. Perry was SUPER kind, knowledgeable, and efficient! Will be coming back to Hayes for all of my future inspections

I've brought a couple vehicles here to get a safety and emissions but everytime I'm here I always hear people either dropping vehicles off or picking them up from various services. They've answered the phone anytime I've called and the customer service is pretty good. The service I received was quick, fast and well done. Will continue to recommend and will return in the future.

Excellent service, great waiting room conversation and affordable prices. This was the only auto business listed in the Black Pages. Air was not blowing from the cabin vents; they did the diagnostic, ordered the part and changed my oil. I’m so happy to have heat in my car. Great work! Will definitely return for all my car issues. 🧡
