We had an excellent experience at this amazing body repair shop after my car got hit and my GEICO insurance sent me here- just lovely guys with excellent customer service - my car looks brand new. Quoted us a price and when we went to pick up they ended up having less thank the quote - that’s always nice! Super flexible pick up option. Just great all around. We’re ditching our car repair shop and coming here from now on. I totally get the 5 star reviews from others

I've been going to Hayes Auto for 7-8 years since I purchased my trusty 2011 Honda Accord. It's walking distance to my house which is why I chose them to start with. Nothing beats being able to walk to your mechanic. I've come in for tune-ups and oil changes but this week my trunk 'torsion spring' broke. I called the dealer (in SOMA somewhere) they were going to charge me more and surely give me more hassle and upsell. I called Joe at Hayes Auto to get quote, he ended up getting the parts that day from the dealer and I went in the next for my trunk fix plus a necessary oil change. I always feel like I'm getting a fair deal from Joe and team.

Albert and the team at Hayes were great! They repaired our Hyundai Ionic 5 following a fender bender/rear collision. He was good about keeping us up to date during the repair when it took longer than expected. Also great at communicating with GEICO and the rental car company. They let you leave the rental at the end because they have a good relationship with them. And then even cleaned the car at the end. Overall, recommend very highly for collision repair.

I can’t say enough good things about Albert and his team. He did an excellent job with my Camry after it was sprayed with cement on the back and sides of it. Hayes was recommended by my insurance and after Albert inspected my car he also suggested I get the dealership to fix my paint due to a recall which he said I qualified for! I was so amazed when I got a whole paint job thanks to him, my car looks brand new, beautiful and he was so nice to even give me a discount at the end as he knew I have a 7 month old baby. He was honest and went above and beyond. I’m only recommending Hayes to anyone needing a body shop!

I was involved in a minor accident (rear bumper) and decided to go out of pocket. Albert was very professional and respectful and walked me through every step and explained the quote in details to me. I was happy with the work and the price at the end. Have had wonderful experiences at Hayes Auto Repair! The staff is so personable and go above and beyond. Great care was taken for my repairs. They even washed the inside and outside as part of the repair. I could not recommend them enough!

2nd amazing experience at Hayes! We had previously had a fantastic experience with Joseph at Hayes so we came back to him recently when the hinge on the tailgate of our BMW broke. Not only did he and his team do a great job with the repairs, he also advised us on how to work with the insurance company to make sure the claim wouldn’t impact our premium. On top of that, when we picked up the car he gave us a generous discount when he noticed we were expecting a baby. We hope we won’t need much more auto body work, but if we do we will be coming back to Joseph at Hayes auto.

They got my car finished quickly, they were super communicative (even when I was not due to work and travel) and they even touched up a scratch on my driver's side that wasn't related to my wreck! I accidentally hit the side of my car while I was backing up. All the other body shops said that I'd need a new door and etc. and it'd take a few weeks to be done. Hayes Auto was the only body shop that could meet my timeline and was willing to "fix" the door instead of replacing it. I decided to go with them and was able to pick up my car in a week and it looks brand new! They even cleaned in/outside of my car.

I brought my Ford Escape into Hayes Auto for bodywork after being advised by Geico. Joe immediately made me feel at ease and he provided excellent customer service. He helped me take care of all the insurance legwork and I received my car back with a brand new bumper expertly installed perfect paint match even took care of me with factory part! I have other cars in need of bodywork and will surely be a repeat customer. I highly recommend this place for fast, professional, excellent service, and excellent competitive pricing .

I usually don’t write reviews but this is the least I can do to thank Hays Auto-repair for their wonderful service. I went to Joe anxiously after an accident to get a quote, with a genuine smile he assured me that the car will be fixed seamlessly. He not only fixed the damage for the accident but also fixed all little body works, inspected the car, and changed the oil for no additional cost. During the repair, I was on a trip and he even kindly dropped off the car for me. The car is looking great as if there never was any accident.

Wow, wow, WOW... I truly have never had such a positive and uplifting experience with an auto-anything---auto body repair, mechanic, insurance, you name it. Joseph's warmth, care, and eye for detail is more like one of a family member looking out for you. I've had the misfortune of needing auto body repairs twice in less than a year, and I had saved Hayes Auto Repair from researching options in the past. The intuitive skeptic I am, I thought, "Is it really possible for an auto shop to do such detailed and flawless work AND be greeted and represented with such hospitality?" Apparently so! And the proof is that I've gone back twice this year and I'm almost looking forward to the next time I need to do work at this shop. I know, it sounds ridiculous, but Joe went above and beyond, even detailing our car before giving it back to us. I only wish I had taken a before and after picture to share. He's made a potentially very stressful situation feel like coasting down the Pacific on a warm, sunny day. Thank you, a million times over.
