My usual place is closed on Saturdays, so I went to the Havoline Xpress on North Fayetteville. Not only did they change my oil and filter, they checked my air pressure, my air filter, cleaned the windshield, and maybe more. Fast, efficient, and professional.

Took my car in for an inspection, and while I waited for the inspection to finish processing, a lady showed up for an oil change. This lady got out of her car, and everyone in the shop dog piled her car from tire pressure to window cleaning, and of course, her oil changed. I've never seen serving like this anywhere else. I have been coming to this location for the past few years, but today, I thought it was worth bragging about. Honest and friendly staff and fast service. These people acted as if they just couldn't wait to service a vehicle. I highly recommend over any other similar location in the asheboro area.

We won’t be coming back again. I’m doing the oil change on my wife’s Escape and they have way over tightened the oil drain plug. I was practically doing pull-ups on the tool to try and get it loose. If you care about your car don’t go here.

I have always had a good experience, except for this time with that guy name William catching an attitude and raising his voice at me when I approached him to asked him why did he let someone else get service before me when I had being waiting and got there first, the manager came to talk to me and said the car was here waiting since lunch, now when I got that truck was not here I saw the guy driving in and parking, it's 4 o'clock so no they lied I clearly heard when this guy William told that other person we were waiting too but proceeded to come back and ask him to pull forward ignoring the fact that I got here first. And that guy William yelling with such nasty attitude terrible costumer service. That guy was more busy vaping instead of working!!

Customer service was TERRIBLE! My sister and I came to get her oil changed, she’s a waitress, I’m a hairdresser, we both work with the public. I understand rude or hard to handle customers, but we were as nice as could be and got treated with such disrespect. At one point one of the workers walked away and called my sister a b**** because she could not look at how many miles were on her car while the hood was open! Would NOT recommend coming here!

Horrible experience. I was first in line. Been waiting for 30 minutes in 90 degree weather. No signage saying which lane was for inspections and they have done my inspection in that lane before. They made me back up and put me at the back of the line to put me in a different lane. Totally unorganized and inconsiderate. Maybe shoud invest in signs letting people know which lane is what.

Nice but but would be better if they put up some dang signs so new customers know exactly what bay to get in line for, and not have to go all the way around and get back in line for another 45 minits

Pulled in parking lot at 1pm and saw 4 or 5 employees inside. One walks out and tells me they're closing for lunch. I guess the customers time isn't important. Will take my 3 vehicles elsewhere

Went for an inspection the check engine light was not on .. dropped car off -came back to a vehicle failed inspection due to check engine light was on? I would not have even attempted inspection with a check engine light on- like showing up for a drug test drunk or high. I am not stupid - someone there did something to my car ... Took it to Thomas Tire they turned the light off, since it was a filed communication- plugged it in and guess what- it passed inspection .. Not sure why they cannot do this correctly but I surely would not allow them to change my oil or anything else. Horrible customer service!!

HORRIBLE customer service. Took my car for an inspection. When I pulled up the check engine light was not on. I wouldn't have gone if it was. The guy pulls my car in and starts safety checks and 20 minutes later he says the light was on. He said it was on when he got in it. So I asked him why he would even pull it in the bay for the inspection. I received no legitimate answer. I drove the car for another 20 minutes to the store and came back out and crunk the car back up......NO CHECK ENGINE LIGHT. So it was definitely something that they did. There's no signage to let you know where to go and no one walks to the parking lot to help you. This place is an ABSOLUTE JOKE with incompetent bozos as a staff.

I would not recommend this place for an oil change if you love your vehicle. Took my big block Ford to them. They use $2 Purolator filters that are half the size of OEM…and charged an astronomical amount. If you drive a lawn mower, this is the place for you!

Went for an inspection and they told me to pass I needed windshield wipers, mine were only a week old. Everytime I have tried to go I have had a bad experience. I told them my blades were new that I will just take it somewhere else and the female employee said "well go somewhere else then" talk about bad start to the day I was fired up
