Havers Auto Repair has integrity. They replaced my front differential with a used differential. A year later the axel seals begun to leak. They promptly diagnosed the issue and replace them. Standing by there warranty. Thank you so much. I greatly appreciate it.

Been here twice and service work is impeccable. Bud is friendly and helpful. Even my wife who doesn't like to handle car issues said Havers was good to go to. Would highly recommend. Very fair and honest.

Recommend by a guy who sat next to me on a plane. I made an appointment for an oil change, and on the spot asked for new wiper blades. They were in stock! I was surprised because in the 16 months I've lived in Omaha, I have seen my model car only one other time. Quick service and exceptionally kind.

Great service. I’ve starting to use the regularly for fleet maintenance and I couldn’t be happier. It’s always a quick turnaround and the final price is generally lower than the original estimate. My coworkers use them as well for basic maintenance on their personal vehicles and they’ve all been pleased with their experiences also. I’m very happy with our experience so far.

I had an urgent situation and they got me in quickly. Then they called me with the diagnosis, my options and how long it would take. No pressure. They fixed it and got me going again quickly. And the final costs came in below their original estimate. When have you ever had that happen? I’ve been looking for a new auto repair shop. I found it!

Took my car to them a few months ago to have them look it over and tell me if it had any issues that needed addressed, I had checked and filled my oil before taking it to them. After I got the car back they said my oil was low and list of other things including my motor mounts, rear brakes and numerous other issues. I checked the oil because it should not have been low, and it was empty, I took it to a brake shop, rear brakes were fine, they quoted me around $1000 for each motor mount, so I decided to do it myself, and when I took the mounts out none of them were bad. I can go on and on in this review but overall I believe they took my money and just wrote down a list of issues to try and get more money out of me. Do not recommend their shop.

I've recently had a run of bad luck with my vehicle and have been treated pretty poorly by Woodhouse Ford. I'll spare you the details there. When I got into my car this morning my seat was all the way back and wouldn't move any direction but right. Being vertically challenged this was an issue for me. Long short, I have to leave town for a funeral today and Haver's is right up the street. Admittedly, I've never taken my vehicles here because they are always so busy. They got me right in, had it fixed in under 30 minutes and sent me on my way. Their customer service is top notch and not something I'm used to from my (9) recent experience(s) with the car service industry. Mille Grazie! My capacity for stress is maxed out today and your kindness made all the difference. I promise to pay it forward!

I live in Omaha but work in Gretna so when my Jeep began to overheat on my way to work, I was unsure who to call. I called Haver's and was immediately met with friendly interaction and honest, open communication. The process to get my Jeep fixed was seamless from start to finish. I appreciated being able to pay online and their willingness to coordinate with me to make sure I had my Jeep for the weekend since I get off work after they close. I look forward to working with Haver again in the future!

WORST AUTO SHOP IN TOWN! I took my car in to see what was wrong with it, they said I needed a new battery and oil change, a week after I picked it up my oil light came on, so I called them and asked them why it was coming on. They said I had an oil leak and a coolant leak which they did not tell me I asked why would you not tell me that these things were wrong with my car the man that I talk to had no reason and did not even have an apology for that said oh well sorry for me driving my car it ruined other things and basically I wasted money for nothing and now I have to put tons more money into my car because of this horrible auto shop refused to tell me don’t ever use the shop. They’re terrible!

Reliable and honest! I've had two different experiences where I've brought my car in to get something checked, only to find out it either wasn't an issue or it was a very minor fix. No upselling or unnecessary repairs. Great service and honest people!

My family has sent two trucks to Bud at Haver's in Gretna recently. All I can say it working with the team there was top notch. They explained everything to us in detail and gave us an honest assessment of what needed to be completed now and what could wait until a later. All repairs were completed quickly and customer service was amazing. We will definitely be a returning customer.

Been going to Haver’s since I got my first car! I was sad when they closed their 90th street location but choose to travel farther because I trust them. Hopefully someday they can open another location closer to me.

This was my first time using Haver's and I am more than pleased with the service. They had my vehicle in the shop and diagnosed (dropped off the night before) before I could even call them first thing in the morning to discuss what all was wrong. They got parts and repairs done all the same day. I was floored! I truly thought it would take a couple days to complete. They didn't upsell any other repairs, and coordinating pick up was was fast and easy. I highly recommend this shop for automotive repairs when your factory warranty expires. They are trustworthy, friendly, and professional.

Scheduled an appointment a week prior. Communicated that work was done by another person. Went through with scheduled appointment. Was later told work could not be corrected if it was not their work. This should be addressed when someone first says the car was worked on by someone else. I wouldn’t have gone here had I known they wouldn’t fix it because someone else worked on it.

If you're not taking your car to Haver's you're tripping! Every single experience I've had with them has been a great one! I really appreciate the option of a loaner vehicle on top of the quality of their work and honesty. It's very hard to find an auto shop that isn't just out to get your money, especially as a woman. There was some trouble with actually fixing what was wrong with our vehicle. Ended up with a 1500 bill, but our car is running great. I would recommend being very specific and talking to the mechanics, not just the secretary. Lots of miscommunication.
