Harvey’s was the place i chose for my insurance claim. I am really grateful for them and their work. They left my truck looking as if it just left the lot. The truck was even detailed and cleaned after it was done. They also let my father pick up the truck for me since i was at work. I will definitely recommend them to everyone i know. 10/10 service.

Everyone at Harvey's on Maple is GREAT! From the receptionist to the repair personnel - just terrific. So courteous and professional. They delivered me to my office, made my repair and delivered my car to me in record time! I am truly impressed by every aspect of my experience - I will be a customer for life.

Had bumper damage from accident. They did a great job getting my insurance company to pay for the repairs needed. The new bumper and paint looks great.was fast and easy. 1 week turn around, not bad. All good!!

Harvey's is one of the best auto shops I have ever worked with. They were able to get my Stinger into the shop quickly and worked on it in a timely and efficient manner. Jordan made it very easy as they dealt with insurance on my behalf and made sure all the repairs were done correctly following OEM guidelines; even using OEM parts. Communication was on point and I was updated throughout the process. I would not hesitate to come to Harvey's again as they are professional, friendly, and efficient.

Harvey’s on maple repaired my car faster than I expected. They had to replace two of my doors. I just got my car back and it’s looks and feels like a brand new car. No issues and no complaints. I would definitely recommend them.

Harvey’s is a top notch business. They worked on my 2016 Audi A6 and they did a fabulous job. They communicated with me every few days and updated me on the status of my vehicle and they worked well with my insurance. Definitely my go to shop!! Thank you Tim! You made the process easy!

Can not say enough good things about my experience with Harvey's Paint and Body. 5 star service. I had other people give me estimates for body work. Everyone else told me they would have to replace the bumper and charge me twice as much as Harvey's quoted me. They told I did not need a new bumper. They popped it back in place and repainted the scratch. Everyone else needed two weeks. Harvey's did the repair in four days. I CANT recommend them enough. So professional and easy!!!

Disappointed in the lack of follow up. Never received any call as to status of parts on order. I called several times and was told I would be called back. My car, ultimately, was never serviced.

I am very satisfied with the bodywork I had done at Harvey’s. They were very origanized and timely. I used my insurance and they made that process very easy for me. Special shout out to Tim who was my service advisor. Very nice guy and was super helpful. I would definitely recommend these folks and will use them in the future if I need work done (a.k.a Next time I tear up my car lol)

I recently had my car repaired at Harvey's Collision and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The team did an exceptional job with the repairs--and even gave my car a wash after. Throughout the process, the service was friendly, professional, and highly communicative. My car ended up being finished ahead of schedule. My experience with Harvey's did not go well. I did not plan to do this, but I received a text message thanking me for choosing Harvey's and to leave a review. Not sure if that was on purpose or by accident, but here we are. I got into a rear-end collision at a traffic light by an impatient driver. After getting a quote from Harvey's, I settled with driver and paid $1,732.29 to Harvey's for parts and service. Two weeks later, I contacted Harvey's to get an update since no one decided to reach out to me. The Office Manager, Lili Iglesias, casually, tells me that they had no record of me prepaying $1,732.29 and asked for a receipt. Confused, shocked and upset, I ended the call to avoid an emotional outburst and continued our conversation via email. After emailing the receipt, I learned that my money was applied to someone else's account. Did they use my money to repair someone else's vehicle? Didn't ask, but I wondered. At that point, I wanted out. Any faith I had in their quality of service was gone. I requested my $1,732.29 back and was told that it would take 3-5 business days to receive. At the time of this review, it has been 8 business days...and counting.
