I loved it so much! It was the cleanest collision center I’ve ever been. All the communication was so clear and was so quick. I didn’t ask to clean my car but they cleaned it inside and out and I appreciate them so much. All the people who work there are so nice! I 100% recommend this place anyone who need to repair their car!

Brandon did a super job with my 1 week old Honda Prologue. It was a pearl white color and I am speechless on how well it turned out. I am very picky and it’s a brand new car, came back perfect. It was a pleasure doing business with the shop. I live quite a ways from the shop and it was worth the extra time to me. I will refer everyone to the shop to work with Brandon. I am a happy camper. This is my second time having my Mercedes fixed at Harvey's. Both times they did exceptional work. This time I was having a really hard time with the person that hit my car insurance company Geico and Brandon took care of everything for me even made sure my rental car was good he went above and beyond Daisy was always super sweet when I talked to her,very understanding of my situation very empathetic. I just loved working with them and I will take my car back to Harvey's anytime I need any work done on it

Highly recommend this shop for their top notch service. They will make sure your car is restored to like-new condition, and go the extra mile to ensure quality service. JR was on top of communication every step of the way and even went as far as to fill the gas tank! My trust is definitely in the Harvey team.

Geico recommended Harvey’s Collision Center, and I’m grateful I chose them. Another private business quoted me two thousand dollars more than Harvey’s. They were highly professional, provided timely updates, and did an amazing job on my car repair—it looked like the accident never happened. After the repair was completed, they even coordinated the delivery of my rental car for me. Please see the before and after photos provided.

I had a dent in my bumper and Adolpho said we could either spend time and money to repaint it and hammer it out for up to $1k or he could try popping it out for free. The work looks amazing and didn’t cost anything. I will definitely be coming back and appreciate their professionalism and honesty with the options I had. Definitely come here for friendly and prompt service with people you can trust!

I had such an amazing experience with the friendly staff at Harvey’s! My insurance let me choose the body shop I wanted, and I definitely don’t regret it. It’s very rare to come across intentional, friendly, and kind staff. They MADE my experience. Even had a preexisting scratch on my door that wasn’t even damaged from my accident and they offered to buff it off complimentary. Couldn’t recommend this place enough. Quick service, too!

I would have liked for them to come walk me to my car and explain what they did and make sure I didn't have any questions. Other than that the service was amazing. Would definitely recommend to any and everyone. Update: after further inspection of my vehicle they could have done better on gluing parts together and they forgot a strip on the hood of my car. So completely unacceptable. Had I gotten the explanation of what was done to my car they probably would have been able to fix it right then and there. Now I have to call up there and work with them somehow to get this rectified. 2nd update: Harvey's did everything in their power to right their wrong. I am completely satisfied now.

While in the area early this morning, my tire light went on. I walked in a few minutes before they opened and was immediately greeted warmly. I told them my light came on and though they specialize in collision repairs they checked my tire, filled it with air and didn't even want to charge. I'm a new resident of Texas and am blown away on how gracious people have been. While it was something minor, the kindness and professionalism experienced tells me volumes on the type of service they provide. Should I need ever need their services, I will definitely come back. Thank you so much!!!

Hello! I came by to get an estimate for repairs’ for my minivan. I was greeted nicely by front staff. JR. Junior helped me with the estimate and he even went the extra mile to help me with a minor issue I had with my rear view mirror which had nothing to do with the repairs. Thank you so much Junior for your help! ¡Hola¡ Yo vine a este lugar por una cotización de reparación para mi minivan. La persona en recepción me saludó amablemente. Junior me atendió y me ayudó con la cotización. Y Junior fue la extra milla en ayudarme con un problema de mi espejo retrovisor el cual no tenía nada que ver con la cotización. I am trusting them with one of my cars, we'll see how it goes. Unfortunately I didn't get to experience their service because my insurance wouldn't cover repairs, but overall I enjoyed the professionalism and promptness of getting answers on updates and regards to my car.

(Black GMC) I have to be honest at first I was a little worried about taking my truck to get fixed their from reading some of the other reviews. But I was completely wrong. Harvey's Collision Center is the place to take your car for collision repair. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They give you a lot of information regarding on the work they going to do on the car. The time frame that they gave me was exactly when I got my truck back. They have good communication on updating me the progress on my car. Brandon was very helpful. (If you go their I recommend you talking to him) Overall I'm very happy with the work they did on my car... A+ service. Ps. Very surprised that they also washed my truck.

The service manager offered to make a minor repair for free about a month ago for damage caused by a competing body shop that was going to cost a few hundred dollars to fix. Highly recommend these guys!

Was sent here by GEICO for a read end fix. The place is super clean, quick, organized, and incredibly friendly staff. Great communication. Car was ready a day later than they originally quoted me but with the customer service and great attention to detail, I didn’t mind. Would visit again!

I want to thank the staff for doing an excellent job. Brad was so attentive with the updates. It took a bit longer than original estimated time due to a part that didn't quite fit but it was worth the wait. Hubby and I are very happy with the car that looks like new! Very Professional! I recommend 100%.

Brought my dodge challenger here after a small accident, that needed bumper and headlight replacement. They quoted a 2-week turnaround, but after 2 weeks they said that they had uncovered more repairs that needed to be done and that they would need to keep it an extra week. So then I followed up the Friday of that week and they said it would only be another day. They did this with me until Thursday of the following week when they finally returned the vehicle. To top off the poor delivery turnaround time, they did a poor job cleaning the inside of the windshield, to which I re-cleaned myself and they left me with no windshield wiper fluid.

First of all, Sierra was amazing! She clearly communicated the timeline and gave me regular updates, especially if there was any sort of delay. Everyone else I interacted with was also kind. When I finally got my car back I noticed it had been cleaned inside and out which exceeded my expectations. This was my first time having to get my car repaired for damage and while I hope I never have a reason to come back, I know I can trust Harvey's Collision Center.

I brought my truck in at Harvey’s for body damage repair. They took over a month to get repaired, which was estimated took a week after the month to finally give me my truck once my truck was returned. It had check engine lights on. I called them and told them that my truck did not have a check engine light on. I dropped it off. They told me they wanted me to pay $400 for a diagnostic which I did not have to pay because when I dropped off my truck, I had no check engine lights on and they wanted to charge me that once I got my truck back, I took it to a mechanic come comes out that my turbos were damaged while in the repair process and did not want to pay for any of the repairs, Nord wanted to check diagnostic on my truck when they did all of the damages when they replaced my front bumper Total damages done by them were around $1100 nor did I receive a call or any contact back to to settle that or to even try to get in contact with me about that. I do not recommend this company if you are taking it with your insurance or out-of-pocket they take forever to get in contact with you about anything anything not giving you any good updated info you have to call constantly just to get any info on your vehicle not recommend

I will forever be a customer to Harvey’s when I need anything done to my truck. I took in my ‘23 Bronco and since day one of my truck arriving the communication was on point! The service was amazing wouldn’t trust any other shop to touch my truck! Thanks to the Harvey’s team! Special shout out to Sierra for all the updates and help!

Final Update: Got my rusted spare tire kit replaced and they covered the remainder of my rental. Added another star. Update 11/30/2023: My car finally seems to be fixed, so I added a star. I am waiting on a replacement spare tire kit and insurance reimbursement for the 2nd rental car. Overall, this was much harder than it had to be, and wish they did more thorough leak testing, but I'm just glad it's done. Update 11/20/2023: My trunk is still leaking water after Harvey's "adjusted" the seal around my trunk. I had to bring it back for them to look at it again. The leak led to my spare tire jack rusting out so they will replace the spare tire kit after I asked about it and ozone my trunk to get the mildew out. Hopefully this is the last time I will have to see them for this issue. Will update once car is back. Update 11/13/2023: Repairs look awesome, but I got my car back two weeks later than expected. This was not a big deal as insurance covered the cost of the rental. However, I noticed a mildewy smell inside my car once I got it back. I eventually discovered that it was worse in the trunk area. After further inspection, I found a ton of standing yellow water in my spare tire wheel well that must have leaked inside. I am working with Harvey’s to fix the issue and will update again once the issue is resolved. Was rear-ended on 75 so I came here to get a new trunk door and bumper. Great experience so far and was what I was expecting for the best body shop in Dallas. Will update once my car is done.

This location started off great. Daisy at the front desk is really nice but the execution from the mechanics was terrible. I have had my completion date extended 3 times before getting my car back. Just to have to return for a horn problem (that they denied initially until I asked them to compare it to another car in their shop). I ALSO had to hear it from a police officer that because my windshield was replaced I needed to get a new registration with the DMV which Harvey's did not tell me when I got my keys from them. And when I called back to speak to a manager about this JOHN who is a manager, just told me he didn’t know anything about that. Complete lack of ownership and respect to their customers after the bill is paid. TAKE YOUR CAR SOMEWHERE ELSE in Dallas!!
