Was able to pull up to this shop on a late Sunday evening after truck started having leak issues & riding funny. They checked my tires and completed oil change. No other place was open but they were able to service my vehicle & get me back on road. All good!

I needed my headlight bulbs replaced. This young man went above and beyond to fix them for me. Because of his customer service I will be returning to recieve more work done on my car. I really appreciate everything he done for me. He surely eased my fear. I will also be recommending people to go get work done by him. Pleasant and pleased.

I traveled from Philly to attend a University of Michigan Football game. While in Detroit, I ran over a large screw that caused a slow leak in my tire. This occurred on Friday at approximately 8pm. I called every business I could find on Google, there wasn't anyone open. Even businesses that proclaimed to be 24 Hours, they were closed. Air was slowly leaking out my tire, and if I didn't get it addressed I would have a full flat which would require more of my time. I then called Hartwell Auto, I was skeptical they would be open even though they posted very late hours, but lo and behold they answered. Benjamin said to come on by and he could take care of me right away. I arrived, he got right to work, took care of the problem and I was on my way! It has been 2 months and I haven't had any issues with my tire. I drove 8 hours back to Philly, no problems. Plus many other trips since then. I am extremely grateful for his service. He allowed me to have a wonderful trip with only a small hiccup instead of a large problem. When no one else was to be found, HE WAS! Couldn't have been a more hospitable owner and service provider. I have family in Detroit who I visit around the holidays. I would not hesitate to return if I needed him again, or if my family had a problem.

The owner is very rude he never wants to answer any questions , when you call he hangs up in your face if he don’t wanna hear what your saying , always have a bunch of drunk people there that hardly know anything , it’s only one person there that actually care and knows what’s he’s doing very well and that’s MIKE !! 0 stars would not recommend unless you have mike personal number yourself
