Edit - had to get out and check the tire bolts because of how angrily the manger put them on 2 the bolts came out with a twist of my finger thank God I checked frfr go back in to to ask them to tighten it up because I could die they're mad and staring at me I proceeded to let the manager know I want to buy a tire it is not my fault the equipment is defective and can't remove it he tells me they don't sell tires anymore I'm literally asking him I don't know what I've done I understand you can't get the tire off but please don't try to kill me can you tighten the bolts he I can't help you we don't sell tires someone proceeds to tighten the bolts and after he's done he helps a customer that pulls up and changes their tire I could have died I don't know what I did wrong but I just wanted to buy a tire 😞 I wanted to buy the tire called made sure it was available while at work came and tipped the man working on my car when I came however he couldn't get it off and in the process of trying to get it off he chipped my rim now the rim needs to be repaired and painted ! Because he took a chip out of it trying to remove it last shop did it just fine Asked to speak to a manager he came out gun poking on his hip angry hurried n bolted my the tire back on slammed the garage door n told me to go somewhere else because they couldn't remove it last shop did it just fine left me dumbfounded n standing in the cold for a minute because I just wanted a tire but left with a chipped rim I have a foreign car n special rims it was a mistake bringing my car here I see the customer quality has gone down since last time I've been here 😞

Rude customer service. Made a call to ask questions about a service and the person over the phone caught an attitude with me. Do not recommend.

Man this place sucks,just got ripped off there ,they wouldn't give me a receipt for th work,the manager don't want to talk to right,and to tell you the truth I don't th nk they did anything to the car at all.I will wnever return again. Also I'm reporting them to the auto protection agency, and the Attorney General office.The reason why I went there to begin with I didn't know the same Mgr.wasn't there anymore Justin another ghetto scam joint now.

Man, let me tell you about the awesome job the mechanic did to get my wheel lock off! I was in a tight spot, stuck on the side of the road with a busted wheel lock and no way to get it off. This guy went above and beyond to help me out. He busted out some serious tools and worked his tail off to get that lock off, and he made sure my car was safe to drive before sending me on my way. I really appreciated how hard he worked and how he didn't give up until the job was done. It's good to know there are people out there who truly care about helping others, and this mechanic definitely proved that. Hats off to him!

A year ago Harper Tires repair my transmission cooler & lines and is February 25 of 22 another auto service repaired the same work that was done by Harper tire and auto repair they did not in fact diagnose the problem! The problem is they put the incorrect lines in! The lines were too short which made my car stop at a drop of a dime! because all the transmission ran out of the car because the lines were too short so I’m very dissatisfied with Harper Tire & Auto Repair will never go back here again. Harper tire repair does not guarantee their work as well! The pictures below show the work that they overcharged me for with a short transmission line and the other photo shows the work of the other mechanic who actually fixed my car with the right transmission line for my vehicle! If you’re looking to get your car fixed or transmission corrected go to Malcolm’s Transmission at 55255 Tillman St. off I 96 and Grand River!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE! I have a complete set of winter tires and a complete set of summer tires. They wanted to charge $80 to swap 4 tires. ABSOLUTE RIP OFF! Discount Tire does this service for free!

Edited to reflect 2nd visit 11/22/22 Customer Service on point. Very polite and reasonable priced tires. Ive only been here once to get a tire. It was good customer service. I have no complaints I wil be back.

Horrible service! Rude! Wouldn't even check my vehicle, when I told him the problem, he said "it was probably rims and they don't do rims" took my vehicle down the road to another shop, turns out all it needed was new tires, but again the Harper guy wouldn't even look at it 👎😡
