Yall, these guys know their stuff, from the front man at the counter to the end, when the job is complete. They make you feel at home and only charge 1/2 the price of their competitors. Thanks guys.

Called 5 times to make sure it was ok to get the stuff out of my sons wrecked car. Lied to me all 5 times saying it was there and ready. He sold it before we could clean it out.

Harold's is called Super Service for a reason. The tech who came for me stuck on the side of the road should also be called Super. Chris not only kept me from walking for miles but fixed my auto issue quickly and efficiently and had me on my way in less than 5 minutes. Thanks, Chris! (Give this man a raise in pay - he's definitely deserving!) I wholeheartedly recommend this location.

Herald station is really outstanding. Being an older person it's hard to pump your own gas when the aches and pains in my hands and feet are acting up. They're all very professional and courteous, it's the only place I get my gas.

I had to have my vehicle towed from Master Chef to right up the hill to their storage area. This happened because someone stole checkbooks from my apartment, wrote hot checks all over town, and then I got picked up on a warrant for making a notary during a traffic stop for speeding. I was released because I was a victim of theft rather than the guilty party; however, when I went to retrieve my vehicle the following morning, I was told it would be $75 and that if I hadn't done what I did, I wouldn't have to be paying it. I was treated like a criminal despite being a victim of theft. So, I felt victimized twice. I will never recommend this company for the way I was treated, for the rest of my days. It was very presumptive, judgemental, and very unprofessional.
