This Auto body shop is the real deal here for many years. They give quality service not just a quick turn around to get more in. They always have fire dept and police or sheriff vehicles there. They had one from Start and Eagle police dept here. When the local police, sheriff, and fire dept trust their vehicles with them that tell me they are some of the best in this area.119 e Boise ave. If your car has been damaged, don't take it anywhere else. These guys are legit. After my Camry got smashed up in a hit-and-run, I brought it to Harold's and it looked like nothing ever happened once they were done. They were able to see me quickly for an estimate and after insurance approved repairs, the work was completed quicker than I thought it would be. The quality of the repair work is also second to none. These guys take their work seriously and don't cut corners. Scott was also incredibly patient with the hundreds of questions I had for him over the course of the repairs and was very helpful throughout the whole process. I could not recommend them more highly.

Awesome job done by Mike and team! Brought my car in on a Tuesday and it was ready for pickup Thursday evening. Mike did a great job explaining the process to me since it was my first time taking my car in for repair. Great experience overall!

If you are near Boise DO NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE! I took my car here for repairs and the job went south because my car had non standard parts but they figured it all out and it only went over by 2 days for them to get the new parts. They were very communitive and open and they ended up charging me HALF of the original quote because the part was less money. They are like family, Hell! I trust them more than my family.

Customers should know that their car(s) are being parked on neighborhood corners. Harold’s obviously doesn’t care about those living in the neighborhood or the safety of bicyclist, pedestrians AND children. Nor do they really care for your car. Know that if your car is ticketed YOU- the customer- are responsible, not Harold’s.

Harolds is the best auto body shop I’ve dealt with! I had someone rear end my car and the were in contact with his insurance and the rental place. It made it very easy and stress free for me. Highly recommend Harold’s Autobody! I stopped by this morning to inquire about a couple of minor scratches on my car, and within 20 minutes, I was out the door with a fixed car free of charge. The customer service here is impeccable, and I’ll absolutely be referring all of my friends to Harold’s!

Asked and received an estimate for auto body repair at Harold's. Their parking area looks busy and they look like they are doing a lot of work, but they immediately put together an estimate for repairs and said they could do the job as soon as the insurance company approved and the parts arrived. Mike was quick, professional and easy to work with. I appreciate Harold's Autobody and would recommend Harold's to anyone needing auto body repair.

I have used Harold’s Auto Body twice in the last ten years. I highly recommend them for their quality of work and professional service. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. Upon dropping my car off, one of the technicians gave me a ride home. It was a testimony to the company how well he spoke of the company as well as his passion for the work he does. The duration of the repair was done on schedule. Body parts were ordered from the manufacturer, not aftermarket. It was hassle free coordinating logistics with Harold’s Auto Body and the insured’s insurance company. The car was clean and shiny when I picked it up. I was proud driving off in my 2014 Ford Escape. Thank you, guys!

AWESOME SERVICE & WORK!!! I called and said I hit a pole and they said "say no more, bring it in and we'll take care of you." They didn't make me feel bad about my careless mistake. They were timely. They made it super easy. They did a great job communicating with my insurance company. My car looks brand new again. The guys at Harold's are wonderful!!!
