Called to ask if tire alignment was offered and before I could ask my 2nd question I was hung up on. Called back and no remorse was shown and told me what I was asking for “doesn’t exist” rather than trying to help resolve the problem

I bought a car from them but I didn't get any financing, so I might as well paid cash. Cars are nice and dependable. As for their tire service, I wish I could give a separate review, because they are fast, dependable, and usually have what you need in stock

I can’t recommend this guy enough. He was driving next to me on 250 and noticed my tire was flat. He had me come to his shop and he replaced it in 15 minutes for cheap! He is a lifesaver and I will be getting my tires from Harding from now on. Thank you!

I had a flat tire and needed the spare replaced. From the time I pulled up to the time I was ready to leave was less than 10 minutes. I was shocked that they could get my tire replaced and me back on the road so fast!

I needed two front tires for my Lexus at the beginning of a busy holiday weekend. I arrived and they were very professional and got to work on my car within 20 minutes. Everything was done professionally and safely. Restroom available, TV, and courteous and polite staff. They really got me out of a bind this weekend and I'm very grateful to them. I will definitely come back to Harding's for new or used tires.

I was in gordonville on vacation and had screws in two tires. I went to two of their competitors and they weren't very helpful. One of them recommended Hardings and they picked up the phone on the first or second ring. I was a couple minutes away and they took me right in and fixed both tires quickly

I went there somewhere between 3 and 3:45. Not sure of the exact time. The man sitting at his desk dead focused on his phone didn't ask if he could help me.I looked at him after almost falling backwards out the door and said I need all four tires changed. He wouldn't say anything. I said you look occupied and I could come back another day. He didn't say anything for a few seconds. He then proceeded to ask the size while still doing whatever on his phone. I just said I'm not dealing with this and left. I've never had this problem before.I would always recommend for people to go here. Hopefully this man won't be too focused on your phone to actually give some decent customer service. Because I got none of that.

Very unprofessional, they stripped the lug and try to make it seem like it came in with the issue. It's a good thing am a installer. Then the owner have the nerve to say if you live in louisa County why you came here. I said to him to give you business very unprofessional that's a question that he shouldn't ask. Am never taking my car there again. Never put a lug nut into a socket and shoot it onto a stud. I fixed it myself. WARNING STAY AWAY

Went to get 4 tires this morning. Asked on if the workers to pull my truck in, I feel uncomfortable driving into the garages. Only went there and to the drive thru of McDonald’s this morning. Got home. And my daughters Bluetooth speaker from my front seat is missing. Searched everywhere. While the pricing may be nice. Customer service sucks! And to have my things stolen. Thought I could trust them to be professional to pull my truck in the garage. My fault for trusting them.

DO NOT GO HERE! BROKE WINDOW AND LEFT ALL THE WAY DOWN IN THE RAIN. NO APOLOGIES. NO REMORSE. WORRIED ABOUT QUANTITY OF CUSTOMERS NOT QUALITY OF SERVICE In regards to the tire center: This business returned my vehicle in worse condition than it was when I brought in. The mechanic broke my window off the track, and proceeded to leave it, without fixing it. And left IT SITTING ON THE SIDE STREET IN THE RAIN. The mechanic and the manger never apologized and never took responsibility. I am stuck with no window in the drivers side to drive home in 40 degree raining weather. It is supposed to rain for the rest of the day. I will now have to pay someone to fix THEIR MISTAKE.

PLEASE READ. GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE HAS 4 STARS, BUT TRUST ME DESERVES 1!! GO ANYWHERE ELSE!! This shop is careless with vehicles. I dropped my car off with nothing wrong, a simple tire change. My car came back with damages, and the owner(or manager) could not even say sorry. Tried to manipulate the situation into putting the blame on anyone but him and his mechanics so he would not have to fix his mistake. It's truly sad when businesses are run with such disregard for their customers. WITH THIS TYPE OF DECIET WOULD YOU REALLY TRUST BUYING A VEHICLE FROM THEM? I WOULD NOT TRUST
