Nicolaos. Funny guy. Great service and super quick for an inspection. Don’t mistake his humor for rudeness he love to joke around even if he sound serious. Don’t get offended. Beautiful work my friend and people, don’t forget to tip your mechanics. Definitely recommend service

Great service, highly recommended!!!! I did front and rear disc brakes on a vehicle, and i was told to return in an hour and my disc rotors would be ready for pick up, and all 4 disc rotors were re-surfaced and ready as promissed!!!

Recommended by my father, my family and I have been doing business with Nick, Harbor Auto Services, for at least 10 years. However, most recently the service towards us declined. My car was having a problem with the AC , so on June 28th I left my car at Harbor Auto Services for a diagnosis. Almost every day, I called to get the diagnosis and expected to move forward with servicing the problem. What I received from Nick were short, vague responses related to not finding the part and that he would call me. Trusting in the existing business relationship, I tried to remain patient. This same response from Nick extended into almost a full week. Finally, today, July 5th, I arrived at the shop to retrieve my car because I felt I was being given the run around. Literally, Nick would not stand still to speak to me appropriately, he wandered all over the shop yelling responses. When I asked for a diagnosis report or some paper trail regarding the time he kept my car and what exactly had been done to it in the four (4) days, Nick said he would NOT GIVE ME ANYTHING. I'm not sure what’s going with Harbor Auto Services, but they have lost my trust and my business.

State Inspection needed: Extremely unprofessional!!! Two working individuals watched me pull up, and never acknowledged me while looking directly at me. Another vehicle pulls up for a vehicle diagnostic 15 mins later. A Hispanic male. I could tell cause the owner/employee came out with the tool to greet the individual while passing me by with no eye contact or acknowledgement. This was done by both workers a few times! Between 8am and 9:30am. After about 20-30 mins of me waiting. The owner sends his employee to manually take down the state inspection sign. Further letting me know he knew what I was there for, because he saw my insurance in my windshield. And it wasn't busy. I'm not the smartest guy in the world, but I know racism when I see it. Be careful of how you treat ppl. You never who your ignoring/mistreating. I'm in law enforcement and will be reporting this place to the state and my superiors.

My wife and I have been going to see Nick (owner) at Harbor Auto for about 2 years now. Talk about a good experience. Prices are reasonable and the work is done properly. I’ve never had to go back to fix again or have problems thereafter. I plan to use Harbor auto for all my and my wife’s auto needs now and in the future.
