This has to be the best auto mechanic in Houston. I previously had bad experiences with 5 other places, and I finally found the right place. This is now my go-to place, even though I live over 10 miles away. The mechanics are very knowledgeable, the desk staff is friendly, and the best part is that they offer affordable prices that others can't seem to beat. They'll work on your car fast, and the waiting area is very comfortable. I know that my car and I will be happy at Happy Karz. Keep up the good work!

Service was great. Wonderful communication. I took my car in for a gas leak and these guys got right on it. Checked out my car from top to bottom, let me know what they found and suggested items needing repair or attention without being your typical salesman. Love that! Will definitely get my business in the future when needed.

Find the right place for a 96 Expedition!! They did great, I felt comfortable, the process was smooth. I know if there's an issue with the truck, my daughter will have a good place to take it. Recommend 100%.

What an absolutely incredible group of people. I took a new car in for a Pre Purchase Inspection and they fit me in the same day and then gave me a comprehensive list of issues with a price to fix it and saved me a headache and a half! Couldn't recommend Alex more - professional, knowledgeable, attentive, and tactful. An absolute treasure.

We take our cars to them for so long now , the staff is very friendly and polite. The way they help with such honesty and commitment is absolutely commendable. They are pretty affordable even during this time when the prices for everything is soo high. Best wishes and prayers from our heart .

I HAVE BEEN GOING TO HAPPY H KARZ FOR 10 YEARS. ALEX IS THE OWNER AND SUCH A PROFESSIONAL AND HONEST PERSON AND PRICES ARE VERY REASONABLE. IT IS A PLEASURE TO HAVE MY VEHICLE SERVICED BY HIM. ONCE THAT PART IS REPAIRED, YOU WILL NEVER HAVE THAT SAME PROBLEM WITH YOUR VEHICLE AGAIN. INCIDENTALLY, MY VEHICLE IS A 2011 AND RUNS PERFECT. IN TIME, OTHER REPAIRS MAY BE NEEDED, BUT NEVER FOR THE SAME THING. I TRUST ALEX IN EVERYTHING HE DOES TO MY VEHICLE.

I highly recommend this place. I took my car to my mechanic that I used for 20+ years several times and spent $1k+, only for him to not fix it over and over. It took one visit, one day and my car was fixed!!! Not only did they fix my car, they did a whole diagnostic for free and let me know what maintenance was coming due! Can’t say enough amazing things and so happy I gave them a chance.

My wife and I have been coming to Alex and his team for years, and once again they exceeded my expectations. This time, I brought my car in for some strange vibrations and a persistent humming noise. Eric quickly diagnosed the problems – a bent drive shaft and a bad wheel bearing – and explained everything clearly. They were efficient and had the repairs completed in no time. In addition, Fernando did a great job helping me when I came in. I always appreciate their professionalism, honesty, and expertise. Second repair with these guys, they are fantastic! Reasonable prices, knowledgeable and fully capable of breaking down issues and repairs for the layman The mechanic even asked more questions directly to make sure what the issue was, other shops probably would've charged a diagnostic fee and all sorts, not these guys. Can safely say I wouldn't go anywhere else for a car repair at this point! Thanks again!

Incredibly professional and thorough, they helped trouble shoot a sensor fault and helped to clear the fault codes at no cost. Extremely trustworthy, I will definitely bring my vehicles back and recommend them to others!

Sorry to say, not happy.They misdiagnosed the problem and replaced a newly installed transmission mount costing almost 700.00 and they came back with (have to replace your transmission with a new or use one costing 5k to 7k).

My 🥰wife 🌈and I have been customers with HAPPY KARz for years we wouldn't take our vehicles anywhere else. Alex is the owner there very kind person his mechanics are just as kind they take time out with your car. And ladies this is not the type of shop that will try to mess over you because you're female they're very honest with their pricing and their pricing are affordable remind you depending on what type of work you need done as well. I definitely recommend I've left several different reviews on different sites praising them because they definitely deserves it 🤭🤗

I can't recommend this shop enough - I've used them on my Tahoe, VW Tiguan, Audi A6, & Chrysler Pacifica. From oil changes to diagnostics on broken electronics; from nerf bar repairs to struts to brakes to busted gaskets. I trust Alex and his entire team. Always love working with them.
