Worst mechanic ever! I went in for a check engine light on my 2015 Chevy Cruz, not only was Zane very unprofessional but he was also unreliable. If I could give this place 0 stars I would with the same comment. My car was in for months at a time and when they stated that they had fixed it, it only came out with more problems than they tried to blame me! Spent over $5000 on repairs in hope they could “make it right” as Zane stated but they never did. They are scam artists!

Took my mom's car into here because I have a good friend that helps run this with another good friend. She has an VW car that the shop she last took it to said that they couldn't find the problem or help her. The head tech pulled it in and plug a reader in it and took a look at the motor and found the problem in 10 mins...we ordered parts and they installed them and fixed the problem!!!! they also replaced a passenger side mirror I picked up from a local salvage yard here in Tucon. Then they helped me with my brand new truck with very expensive huge aftermarket rims that the city of tucson damaged and they each weigh 100 to maybe to 200 pounds or more. No one else could help me and it was gonna be a sad decision if I had to replace them as that would include replacing the tires also. They saved me so much money and saved the rims I loved so much on my new truck.... They took it very seriously which i could tell very much.... I love my new truck and it's shoes!!!! I recommend taking your vehicles into this local shop if your needing work and looking for a local business to keep it local....thanks...

Best auto shop! Everyone is so nice and they have really gone out of their way to guide me on how to keep my car parts lasting long. Zane, the service advisor, was very thorough and courteous. He made sure that I fully understood everything, as well as providing excellent customer service.

I called having an issue with a cooler leak and was informed they were so and would do a coolant leak diagnosis for free. I arrived and left to get a call a few hours later stating the job would be 700. I get there and they told me they forgot a charge and it came to over 800 now. They already had purchased the parts for the repair so I gave them a down payment… never will do that again. I saw they added a coolant flush to the job that was not required aswell as charging me for another diagnostic after the job was done which was not necessary. I did not agree with the charges and they would not get rid of them. I stated I would not like to do business with them and wanted my down payment money back, originally told no I spoke with the manager. To get my money back they made me buy the parts at an upcharged rate and pay for the again FREE diagnosis. I recieved $296 out of $500 for the above. Terrible experience won’t be going back. Would not recommend!

Happy Car Care was able to remove striped lug nuts from our Mini Cooper! Not even the certified dealer could get this done! They treated us incredibly well! Very Veteran friendly shop! Highly recommend.

Had some major car toruble, but an appointment I had scheduled with another business fell through. Happy Car Care was able to fit me in on very short notice close to closing time. They then proceeded to provide me with exceptional service, by both their front desk staff and mechanics. They quickly diagnosed the (many) issues my car had, and by the following day, all the fixes were made and I was back on the road.

Tried to tell me I needed a new transmission Quoted for over 5700 just for a rebuild on a 03 turned out to be just like I said the alternator. Also don't ever let them tow your car.

Had a awsome experience I took my work truck for rear breaks there were able to get me in same day after moving a few things around for I also have a plumbing business and they made to were I didnt have to reschedule any of my jobs and made you feel comfortable thank you all for doing a great job .

I'm not gonna lie, at first, my relationship with this car company was a little rocky. That being said, things happen, we are human, and Rene seemed (and is) really genuine. The highlights are 1) they actually care about your car and will be upfront with what it needs and when it needs to be done. 2) They will work within your budget. I went there for some work I knew I needed done last week, and turns out I needed more than expected. Robin gave me a call and informed me that her and Rene were able to discount some of the parts, and we can do a payment plan for the rest. 3) The staff is incredibly kind and most of all interested in their clients.

The head mechanic Rene and all of the staff I spoke to (Robin, Kelly, and George) were both knowledgeable and kind spoken. They perform quality and expedient work while keeping the customer informed with their easy to read diagnostic information that they send and by taking the time to answer all questions. I am happy with the work that was done on my vehicle.

This place is amazing they helped me out when I was at my lowest they understand. That as a parent of a special needs child that we need to have our vehicle in tip top shape . . . To get to and from apts. being a female they do not do the typical.Try to charge them more because they have no clue . . Great place will recommend 10:out of 10 for sure!!!

We dropped off our vehicle for repairs turns out we had some issues with our timing and possibly our transmission the repairs for the timing had to be corrected before they were able to diagnose the transmission we got the repairs done and the car was driving fine for a few days but started to not want to go in drive but we brought it back to diagnose the transmission turns out transmission is going out and it being the holidays they weren’t able to look at it right away but have already started the process of finding and getting the right transmission ordered all in all it’s been a good experience they have been on top of every detail and transparent through every detail 5 star service indeed

What can I say about happy Car Care except "What A Wonderful car care experience I ever had! The master mechanic is almost seems to be true! He is definitely a godsend! The owner, the secretary kelly, and the master mechanic make the perfect mix for a perfect car care company! I'm not exaggerating when I say please take your vehicle to this car care company! Affordable prices, they know what they're doing. Your number one to them your vehicle's number one to them and that's taking care of you and your vehicle and they do it perfectly! The Master Mechanic is so experienced he knows what he's doing and all the 40 years that I've been alive I've never met such a great mechanic in my life! Happy Car Care staff strives to make sure your vehicle is running right and you get back on the road as quickly as possible. They offer great a great financing program as well as three year long warranties for parts! They also put in extra time and money for a special program for moms to make sure that these warranties go on for years! If that's not going above and beyond for a customer I don't what is! They're located on 29th Street just east of Swan. Just look for the happy Car care sign you can't miss it!!

When I say words can’t describe how PHENOMENAL this place is, I truly mean no words in any language! Not only are they honest (biggie in the auto world!) dedicated & reliable… they are genuinely kind, compassionate & attentive. They care more about the people than the profit; that’s a rare business demeanor in todays society. When you bring your vehicle to Happy car care, you receive more than just a service, you receive compassionate attention, gratitude & supportive service. If you want a genuinely honest mechanic shop who isn’t going to scam you for more, Happy car care is your go to place. To boot, you’re not treated like a customer, you’re treated like a person... I can’t remember the last auto shop I wasn’t treated as a walking dollar bill sign. I wouldn’t recommend any other mechanic in Tucson, no matter how far they are from you!!
