I had a tire with issues. He inspected it and saw it as a nail. The kid fixed it right away and had me out in 20 minute's. Additionally, he was careful not to place the jack anywhere. He then patched the tire and checked it twice to make sure there was no air was coming out. Quick and easy services.

Purchased four tires from Hamm's, the technician damaged the lug nuts on my car during installation. The damaged lug nuts weren't discovered until I returned to have a tire patched. When I told the guy that I purchased these tires from this location, the guy didn't seem to care and told me he couldn't help me. Then I spoke with someone else who worked there and he told me to return tomorrow morning when the manager is around. I find it strange that a company who specializes in installation of tires can be so careless, and not be able to fix the problem. I eventually took it to a dealership to have it fixed. Also it is hard to communicate with some of the staff because they do not speak English and rely on Google translate.

Very nasty staff called before I arrived to make sure they would do alignment they said they would drove all the way from Irving and the staff declined my service then I asked for someone with English everyone looked at me and ignored me like I wasn’t there . Then I asked for used tires on they brought me the worst tires . And I asked if they had more they was nasty and ignored me I never seen men at like this ever . I want be back here ever .

Everytime I come, someone charges me a different price everytime! Pretty soon I'll just be better off going to discount tire. At least you get some rewards with your purchase. Like an alignment or air in all the tires.

I go today because my tire it’s flat and the man is helping me and I go sometimes but today it’s very nice I’m happy with the service Julio it’s very good worker friendly and he’s work hard and faster every time I go to ask for him definitely I recommend the hamm’s 💯

Be aware of the younger guys here because they don't know how to do something as simple as finding a nail puncture on a tire. Unfortunately, I didn't get his name, but after bringing my truck here for a flat tire, he told me there was nothing wrong with the tire it and made me go thru a lot of inconvenience later that day.

Very poor service dishonest had a tire changed. Told me my wheel was bad. Just a regular Stockton aluminum wheel wanted to charge me $50 to repair the wheel and another $35 to install the tire. My tire go across the street they installed my change my tire no problem. This is not the first time I’ve had this on us Shystie shady business with this place. I’ve use this place for decades and decades, my father, my family, I will never go back and never will deal with a place like that again

Caught a nail in my tire driving into Downtown for an important meeting. Pulled off I-30 looking for a shop, and this crew quickly repaired the tire within 15-30 minutes (even with a few cars in front of me). I was even able to make it to the meeting in time still, thanks to these guys! 5/5 stars!

Quoted $140 to mount 4 tires that I brought with me. Insane gouging. My normal tire shop charge $60, but hey it's Sunday guess they feel the need to rip people off. The world is upside down.

Went in to get a used tire was quoted $50, the technician said i had a small dent on my rim and he would charge me an additional $40 to fix this. When he charged me he insisted I use cash but I told him I only had card. He then said he would charge me for the tire $50 and that he would tip himself $40 on it. The whole situation was very sketchy and the "fix" on my rim did not even hold up through the next day. Have called for a refund but cannot get a hold of anyone. After years of being a costumer I will not be coming here again, the entire situation was very uncomfortable.
