Stopped by this service to ask for a labor price (as I already got all the parts and provided a full list) for timing kit replacement. The guy at the counter said “around $800”. When I asked if he can give me an exact number for exact list - he said $1000. Completely unprofessional.

Went to Hamilton Autocare based on the glowing Google reviews. I needed a couple things fixed in my 2006 scion xA. I am not a car guy by any means. They really put me at ease with my concerns and I never felt like I was getting scammed. Narinder made no effort to sell me on unnecessary extras and was open and honest throughout the whole process. It’s been almost two weeks. My car is performing better than ever and I’m no longer anxious about it. I’m so happy to find a mechanic to rely on!

Dave was great to deal with. Very friendly and talked me away from getting a thermostat and engine temp sensor replaced on my Corvette that he realized was not needed. Not many shops still left that will talk you out of doing unnecessary work. Will definitely return to Hamilton Auto Care.

Had a complicated problem with my car regarding an emissions issue. Dave and his team went above and beyond to make sure it was taken care of. Everyone is very nice to talk to and the process is simple, easy, and fairly priced. Would definitley recommend.

I previously had given this place a not so good review but they have redeemed themselves. I have been back 2 more times and I have been given great service, they listen to what the problem is and they are honest about what you need and don't need. I will definitely send people there way and I will be back.

Very bad experience! Please do yourself a favor and don't go to this place I went to this place for a check engine light diagnostic, usually it takes 1 to 2 hours or maybe 3 if the place it's not that professional... But it took them about 24 hours to give a simple diagnostic! And that's not the worst... when I said something the front agent was very rude on the phone and in-person! I spoke with the owner/manager but he did not care really care about how rude was his employee... even tho he knew that I was a regular I got changed the diagnostic fee and they also want to over changed me for the part and may for the labor as well... I called my local dealership and the part they were replacing was half the price they quoted me!!! I felt like I got robbed because now i have to pay another diagnostic to this new place I'm taking my car to... I WOULD NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE!

I stopped there yesterday. I only needed my tire pressure checked but they were very accommodating and provided excellent customer service. Based on this quick stop, I will def be giving them a try! My low tire pressure gauge indicated I needed air and I tried to add air at the WaWa station next door. However, the Wawa gauge indicated my tire pressure was “all over the map” so I decided to stop in the tire place to get some assistance. The gentlemen who took care of me were wonderful! They are great for a very fast oil change. Decent price for synthetic. Clean, nice, waiting area. They also did my brakes. The owner himself verified that they needed to be done and showed me exactly on my car the rotors, the nearly non-existent brake pads, and the tech explained everything to me. They truly care about their reputation and doing the right thing by their customers! There was some confusion I had and the owner called me to straighten everything out. Much appreciated.

Hamilton Auto Care is definitely top notch! I cannot recommend them enough. David was amazing and eased my anxiety when I came in last minute to see if we can get my tire plugged. Unfortunately, I had to get it completely replaced but I did not feel like I was getting scammed like most auto mechanic places do! Ended up getting an oil change and my brakes fixed too. Will definitely be getting my next oil change and any other car issues there again! You won’t be disappointed.

My girlfriend’s car was sitting for a month as she was not home. She brought it in for a frozen caliper and suspension issue (Clicking while turning). They did a diagnostic and didn’t even check the suspension (tie rods, wheel bearing, sway bar, etc). They wanted to charge her $2,400 to redo brakes when she had the brakes done in April by another mechanic. He said the clicking and creaking was the caliper. I picked the car up an took it to another mechanic for less than $1000 to fix the wheel bearings and frozen caliper issue. Also, I looked at the diagnostics sheet. They are charging more than twice the price on parts. 1 Stock caliper does not cost $181. 4 rotors does not cost $400. Motor oil $75 ($25 at Walmart). 2 brake pad sets $200. This business scams ppl. I suggest you look for another mechanic. The Indian guy is trying to get rich off the working class. Frosting on the cake, they took 4 hours to put the tires back on the car after I told him we were going to take it somewhere else.

Was visiting friends in various cities on a cross-country road trip. Worked on my car with friends along the way, including control arms, new bushings, and new tires. This was my last stop, and David at Hamilton let me come in for an alignment on short notice. Didn't take a whole lot of adjustment, but at least I know I won't grind down my new tires on the trip home.

Wonderful experience. Dave is a gem! He scheduled an apartment that was convenient for me. The work was done on time. He explained everything to me and didn't overcharge or overservice my car even though I was sure it needed more work than it actually did. He was also so kind to my dogs. We started using Hamilton Auto Care because of the great service they have always given my elderly mother. Trustworthy, professional, and kind.
