Came here several times to get an oil change with my Acura ILX and engine failed. Now came with my new accord and same problems with engine. The Honda dealer told me that they had put oil all over my engine and cleaning it up was necessary. Also they found a page from a calendar placed into my air filter. DO NOT COME HERE. A CHEAP OIL CHANGE FORCED ME TO LOSE AN ACURA AND THEY ALMOST DID THE SAME TO MY ACCORD.

Mostly got the job done - good & fast oil change, checked & inflated low pressure tires (but couldn't give me a replacement valve cap), and a little diagnostic work after some prodding which was alright but not the best (i.e., didn't see the problem until I brought it back in again). Overall good enough & a fair price

I visited the shop for tire repair work however it was worst experience as the workers in shop don’t have the knowledge of fixing the tire puncture and they haven’t tighten the bolds and my car steering started vibrating after that, it could have lead to severe accident as I was going to enter the highway. Workers have zero knowledge on fixing the car or tires hence I would not recommend any of my friends to visit this shop. Instead search for other tire repairs shops near by area.

If you have a self respect never go to this shop again .The guy working over there had not fixed my tire and also he did not tightend the Tyre bolts .I was about to take an highway back to home and saw that my Tyre is wobbling and went back to shop . Very bad experience

Be careful, be very careful…Halsted Auto broke my timing cover while trying to replace my alternator and never informed me about it. Causing it to fail in less than 3 months. The timing cover costs $3,500 and the alternator was close to $1,000. I went there to ask questions and the guy told me to wait an hour and his boss will arrive to handle it. You know what happened the boss never showed up. I contacted BBB hopefully I can get this resolved.

I had a flat tire late on Saturday night. I was able to get to this shop, still open at 11:20pm and they out on my spare. They were quick and helpful and helped me get on my way despite it being an odd hour. Highly recommend!

They charge me 500$ bucks but the problem still on my car, like nothing fix , i call they said they fix but the problem can be come 1-2 day, be careful before come here, i lost 500$

Broke down in Chicago late at night they stayed open late to help me get my car fixed so I could make it to Milwaukee. Couldn’t recommend more, great guys that know what they are doing.

Horrible service, Me and my girlfriend were refused business for no reason in their own words after we spoke to them about having our car towed to their shop to get worked on and when we got here they refused our service probably because of our appearance.

They don’t have tires and this guy proceeded to enlarge the hole in my tire by using a knife to cut into it after he said he couldn’t fix it. They still charged $15 just to look at it. Don’t be a black person with a luxury car he asked me what I did for a living because I looked like a security guard. I was judged and they couldn’t help me.

Stopped in with a nail in my tire that was slowly deflating the tire and it was removed, plugged, and topped off with air all in 20 minutes. The service was friendly and prompt and I would certainly return! I called first to make sure there was availability so I would recommend that as well.

Zaheer, Elijah, Zaheer's son, The boss- Mohammed, these are great guys but there us this other guy on day shift. He is hungry for money, inconsiderate and temperamental. We passed by to replace a battery. Within 10 minutes, it was done but he was charging us $45 for that. I wonder why that guy is behaving like that to erode the good reputation of the business. Least said about other things he has done against us the better.

First rate service. Mr. Zaheer is fair and reasonable, with his teasing comical remarks to Elijah who is another great feller I met here, make the experience great while you are at the garage. They explain everything candidly and comprehensively only to your advantage. Amazing service I would say. Elijah knows a lot, and all of them great guys there.

American and foreign auto shop open late does a great job and don’t try to scam you at your money. This place has been around for a long time because it provides great service. They don’t speak English very well, but they do speak auto, lol

dunno why low rating. They pulled out the nail and fixed my tire. Only 25. And like 1 min. Also, replug the headlight wire for me at no charge. 5min 2 problem solved at 10pm. At least that's a life saver for me as I'm a student working late at night. I dont know about the other issues in the comment, but at least if u got a hole on Tire, they do a nice job. And for the guy that spread screw nails on crosswalk, God will damn you. Every time I see nails on the road, if I'm riding my bike, I can go around as usual, but I'm in a car, and I can't see. It has to be intentional. Who would carry a big sharp screw and accidentally drop it in the middle of the road?
