They never answer the phone, just called and they hit the ignore button. They seem to never be open. Or they never even answer the door. Poor service. Don't even bother.

Sold me a tire put the tire on and broke a piece off my vehicle did not replace it I couldn't drive it because it was broke and call Fountain City Wrecked Service and they towed it... I had called over 50 times to let him know I would be there to pick it up as soon as he got fixed butt had it towed instead

When are they ever open? I've been there numerous of times in the last 6 months and they aren't open, even when their website says it is? I bought tires there in the past and got great service. I've tried to call and make an appointment, no answer? HOW CAN THEY STAY IN BUSINESS?

Fast, Great service. Not a salesman. I came in thinking I'd definitely need a new a tire but he felt comfortable he could patch it. He greeted me as I pulled in, super polite and fast. He was busy but made proper time for everyone. Real hard worker.

Waited until 10 am for the employee to show up and when he did he went in the shop locked the door. I waited another 15 minutes before calling the shop and wouldn't even answer the phone or knock on the door after seeing me parked up front when he pulled in . I usually have a good experience here but don't know if I will go back.

Not one to complain often but I went on Friday got two used tires cost $64 next day car was shaking real bad went Sunday to Walmart and had to pay $25 to get the tires balanced with the cost of the tires should if been taken care of already

Not worth it. Was here 1/8/2021 to get a tire plugged, was told by whoever was working that they were out of patches and plugs, had my own, paid $5 for the worker to use it, guy didn't even put air back in my tire.
