I totally agree with all the other 5 star ratings. Yesterday I brought my Jeep in around 3 p.m. because my engine light came on. The parking area was packed with vehicles, and the service area was full. I went into the office, and Tim immediately welcomed me and asked what he could do for me. I told him about my engine light, and he immediately accompanied me to the Jeep with the scanner diagnostic tool. In a matter of a couple of minutes, he did the scan and told me everything I needed to know. It was 95% about what kind of gas cap I needed. He cleared the engine light and said if the light comes back on, I should get a new cap from the dealer because a non dealer cap was probably the reason for the light coming on. I will follow his advice. This was a great experience, and so far, the light has remained off.

This is the only Auto repair shop I trust. They do not try to rip you off, they are upfront and transparent about what’s going on with your vehicle. They know what they are doing and are super knowledgeable about cars. Tony is amazing! Tony it’s super smart and takes the time to explain things to customers. The turn around time to get your vehicle fixed is quick! This is the only auto repair shop that I go to and I don’t feel cheated!

Dissatisfied go in for a oil change at 10 and they try telling me I need all this other stuff done like motor mounts which were just replaced and transmission mount also just replaced few other things at 1:30 they still have my car in the air I told them I have to be somewhere by two which they didn't bother to respond worst place ever they try to get u to get repairs done that are not needed don't recommend them at all

Yeah these guys are a really great find. Tim, Lance , David have all been amazing and super friendly. They have a couple guys there that are good with European automotive too which is a rare find .

This is a really great shop, and it’s literally half the price of anywhere else I got a quote from. Tim is great! He’s been extremely helpful during the entire process and he’s been great with communication. He broke everything down piece by piece so I knew what I was getting done on my car and I really appreciate that. Definitely 5 stars!

my mother-in-law’s transmission went out on a Chevy Colorado initially took to the dealership and was given a high price to get fixed as well as other shops. I found half price auto location in Cave creek...Tim helped us out and beat all prices. He explained everything to us and made us feel Comfortable...half price auto is 100% fair and Tim was very easy to talk to. I will be taking cars to him from now on. Straight forward and no gimmicks.
