Everything was amazing! Joseph answered the phone quickly, most places take a bit. You could hear the smile in his voice. He was great it getting me in for an oil change same day. I appreciate him very much. Robert is the gentleman that took care of getting my car checked in for the oil change. He had a smile on his face and was very personable while being professional. He and Joseph both set the stage for trust in a new repair facility. Robert answered my questions clearly and completely regarding the brake issue I knew I had. He was honest and transparent about it and I appreciate him for that. If you need something repaired, or even just an oil change, you are in good hands at Half Price Auto Repair!!! Thank you gentleman!

Definitely not half price. Wish I would have gotten a second opinion. I did call other garages and was told by 3 different places the cost would be around $3000 but not higher than $3300. I paid over $5000. So please, shop around. I guess I took the name of the shop literally.. half price auto. The guys were very nice in the shop. I have only driven the car home because it squeaks so much, and it rides very rough. I had all strutts and shocks replaced and upper lower arms. Just thought it would ride smother. I WAS WRONG. Just please...shop around. Overall service was great. It's just high priced.

This shop is fantastic. I called the Glendale location and they never even called me back. The location on Indian School called me back in the time promised, provide an economic quote and kept me informed every step of the way during the repair. Highly recommend.

Please be wear this shop is HORRIBLE and there's no honesty professionalism and they will damage more things on your car then when you bring it to the for repairs. First Tomas the manager has No control over the shop he's just there. There's a really rude and unprofessional "black bald head man " he's new his name is Joseph he's usually at the front....He needs to be Fired immediately and or go somewhere else. He rude he lies and acts like he's a know it all and really is bad for the business as he stands behind the errors and his incompetent staff. I just paid roughly $5k for my car to get fixed and therer shop over charged me and broke my grill in front of my car I called to speak with him and he pretty much told me to buy another one or they could glue it on. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE stay clear of this HORRIBLE shop as "You've been Warned!!! ⚠️ I'm filling a complaint. I will Never recommend this shop

I was on my way to an appointment when I got a flat tire. I was with my sister and driving her car. I pulled over into a parking lot to change the tire, but quickly realized that the jack was missing. Fortunately for me in the parking lot was the Shop Half Price Auto Repair. They were so busy and told me that it would have to be "a bit". But then Joseph who was checking-in customers, upon seeing that I was in a rush and that I had the spare with me but no jack, took it upon himself to directly assist me. He asked me to pull the car up behind another vehicle in the Repair Bay. Joseph quickly asked one of the Shop Technicians to bring over a rolling jack and to my surprise, Joseph quickly went to work and switched the tire himself. I honestly thought that the Tech was going to do the work but again, I was surprised, not to mention, overly impressed with Joseph's willingness to immediately assist me. On top of that he would not take payment from me. So call it my Happy New Year beginning. My hat is off to Half Price Auto Repair and Joseph. Thank you.

They did what they said they would do. I needed my check engine light off, they diagnosed the issues and 1150.00 later my engine light is off. I bought it from the auction, so I saved and do not have a note on my vehicle.

I recently had a check engine light come on in my car and took it to Half Price Auto Repair & Performance. The customer service was excellent, and Charles was especially helpful. They quickly diagnosed the issue, offered me a fair deal, and had my car ready the same day. I’m very satisfied with their service.

I would not recommend this place to anyone unless they were completely desperate. It's not that difficult to offer simple customer service but apparently Charles and Matthew missed the boat. Charles will tell you straight to your face " yeah I called you to tell me it's ready for pickup " when clearly I have my phone with me and no phone call history. At least be a good liar if you're going to lie. Brilliant 👏

This place was definitely a life savor for me! I got my front and back breaks done along with a new battery for not as much as I thought it would be. Their prices are reasonable and the staff and very respectful, very down to earth! I highly recommend this place!!

Wasn't impressed and have to question other reviews. We were talked down to as if we knew nothing and the repair wasn't right. Another shop had to fix their poor workmanship. Remember, when they talk down to a customer its so you don't question their poor work ethics. Case in point. I wouldn't return.
