The service I received from start to finish was excellent! Even got them to do more stuff than what was covered through insurance. Everybody I dealt with was very nice and helpful! Definitely recommend and will definitely return if something else comes up!

Excellent work and customer service! After negative experiences with other repair shops recommended by my insurance company, I knew everything would be fine after hearing Jennifer's voice. She took the time to explain everything thoroughly and checked in throughout every step of the process. The repair and paint job to my fender was amazing and surprisingly quick. I had the BEST experience with Jennifer at Haley Ford Body Shop getting my car fixed after someone attempted to steal it. She handled me with compassion and gave me thorough details of what to expect while also ensuring the insurance company did their part in a timely manner! She was honest, knowledgeable and forthcoming with information and gave me constant updates throughout the entire process. Her coworker Crystal also gave me detailed updates during the repair process. I highly recommend Haley Ford based on the customer service I received from Jennifer and Crystal. (She also offered to clean the glass out of my car...SO SWEET!!)

Ms. Crystal, Ms. Penny, Ms. Jennifer were all super easy to work with every step of the process. I had to unfortunately visit Haley Ford due to some busted windows from a theft attempt but I was so lucky to have these ladies on the case. They were able to coordinate with my insurance, get me a reasonable price on my repairs when they find out my repair was under my deductible and communicated with me politely and professionally. They kept me in the loop on when my parts came in, when my services where being done and were coordinating with me for an after hours pick up. These ladies made a nerve wrecking experience of dealing with busted windows into a streamline process of getting me on my way. Would recommend to anyone within the area!

Had a great experience with Haley Ford Body Shop. Crystal kept us informed during the process and Jennifer was a welcoming presence in the office. The work on the car was all very well done . Totally positive experience.

Hated that the deer 🦌 had to die to have my vehicle repaired but these folks were very efficient and cleaned the car after it was repaired instead of leaving it a mess.

Literally just had the Worst experience with this place and cant believe the lack of quality in the paint job. Hair in the clear coat, forgot pinstripe on one side, Didn't assemble door back correctly. Had to get a 2nd rental to take it back to them and they STILL didn't correct the issues they said they would in writing, even installed the pinstripe crooked. AVOID HALEY FORD BODY SHOP. would give negative stars if possible. Dont let the hundreds of recent 5 star reviews on carwise fool you. They are fake. Carwise wouldnt even let me review

None of the parts line up brand new hood is dented. All the respray has nibs and trash in the paint. Body lines and gaps are crazy. Do not do business here or you will regret it management has a serious attitude problem I only gave them one star on the review because zero stars was not an option. Should have took it to macco

These folks sound good on the phone but their service is terrible. They told me my car was ready, after several weeks, so I paid $30 for an Uber to pick it up only to find out that it was not actually ready. Poor communication and barely an apology. Spending another $30 for an Uber home. Just awful service.

Extremely rude customer service on the phone. The lady kept over talking me and wouldn't let me explain our issues. Overall condescending disposition displayed. I would not recommend wasting your time with this shop. She told me I couldn't drop the vehicle off for an estimate and repairs, unless I had taken pictures for my insurance, because my insurance wouldn't allow it.... FYI I had just spoken to my insurance and they told me to take it to a shop of my preference for an estimate, which I told her! She portrayed me as being ignorant and spoke down to me. She also told me they don't accept towed in vehicles, because they are too busy?? This is my wife's only vehicle and she had to get a rental...How else is she supposed to get it there??? She told me I would have to drive it in....?? I wonder if their schedule would change if I drove it in instead 🤔 Very disappointed as I used to be a Master technician for Toyota and love the brand. The customer experience as really went down hill.

OK, we had a problem with our cars paint, after my new 2016 Ford Explorer showed paint peeling with just 27000 miles of use. I took to my Ford dealers paint shop. They took care of my problem right away no questions asked. Great Job, guy's. 😉

Penny in the office is not capable of customer relations. She does not return phone calls and is rude when she does. The day i picked up my 2018 Nissan maxima i got pulled over for my license plate light being out..my trunk transponder is not working to open my trunk ..and there is a seperation on my rear corner panels to my tail lights ..i called to complain and she asks whats wrong with me..whats wrong with haly ford is the question..do not ever bing your vehicle here...ever
