100% will use again! And I definitely will recommend! After my insurance approved they started on my car right away and got it back to me in the time frame they estimated. To me it was very fast! Such an easy process as well! They came to my job to pick up and leave the rental, and then delivered back to my job after it was done. Again such an easy process!😊😊😊 5+⭐️

My car got hammered by a hail storm and I knew all the local shops would be slammed so I did some googling and found Hail Restore in OKC. They came to my house, picked up my car (on trailer) and dropped off a COMPLIMENTARY new model rental for me to drive. James was friendly and helpful and throughout the process communicated updates via text and kept me in the loop. Today, he brought my car to my workplace and dropped it off. My car was waxed and shining down to the wheels! My interior was detailed and looks AMAZING. I am ecstatic, it's like a BRAND NEW CAR!! This was total service from beginning to end. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone still looking to get their car in the shop.

I am very pleased with my service at Hail Restore. I found them on Facebook. I asked many questions before I chose them. My contact person was James. He scored high. Good customer service is very important to me. He answered my questions, texts, and kept me updated. He was also patient. My car looks great. My daughter said it looked new again. They repaired it and cleaned it inside and out. I would definitely recommend their service. Thank you Hail Restore.

I had hail damage from the April 19 storms and was in a bind with insurance taking forever and having cracked windshield that wasn’t safe. I called Hail Restore and they got my vehicle picked up and gave me a complimentary rental car which was great! They replaced my glass while they dealt with the insurance company for me and got the insurance to move faster so we could get all the hail dents out of my car. They are truly a customer first company. If you need hail damage and want the best service and quality call Hail Restore and ask for James

Jame has been great to work with. Very clear on the process. Helped me along the way with what to expect. Finished the repair a couple days earlier than I expected. Very flexiable. Thank you! Hopefully will never have hail damage again, but if I do, you are my first call!

James done a great job repairing my Silverado it's was about a 3 week wait but most of that was insurance related and he furnished a loaner vehicle didn't have to deal with rental.

My truck was in a hail storm while on vacation in New Mexico. They gave me a loaner to drive while I waited and waived my deductible. Truck turned out great. I’m an auto technician and have an eye for details and these guys did a great job.

My wife has a larger car that took Hail damage. We needed a rental that was similar. James was great to work with and waiting until I had a rental ready to meet our needs before we turned ours into him for repairs. He was quick to get it reparied and kept us updated along the way. I want to thank everyone at Hail Restore for taking such great care of my hail damage. My Denali was a wreck form the April storms and I was sad. I just bought it. I’ve never dealt with hail damage before so I was surprised at how the team at Hail Restore made the process easy. They brought me a rental and helped with my deductible to ease the blow. I could not be happier and mostly amazed at the quality .

James did a wonderful job on my Murano, and made it look as good as new. He was amazing as far as communicating goes, so I never had to wonder what was going on with my vehicle. He went above and beyond by coming to my job to add one last piece of trim that took some time to arrive by mail. Thanks James! Hopefully I don't need the services again, but if I do you have my business!

My car was hit with hail April 19th in Oklahoma City. I went by there Office had them look at it scheduled a Day and time to fix my car. The car was delivered 4 days faster than promised. I could not be happier with the quality of work and the speed of the work. I recommend them for your car. They also provided a loaner car. 5 Stars Jim R. 5.12.23

I can NOT say enough! James at Hail Restore was THE BEST! He was super friendly and knowledgeable about autobody. He was able to work on my car ALOT sooner than any autobody shop in my area, the NW OKC area. He was dependable and the result looks like new. I love it!Being that I am new to OKC, they are my body work go to company for sure!

The owner brought me a nice kia loaner and took my truck then brought it back to when it was finished. Hassle-free and they did a great job and actually a kittle more than we agreed on. Very reliable and professional
