Im so excited to leave this review. I can say with a fair degree of certainty that no one likes to deal with mechanical issues with their vehicle, especially when the repairs are expensive or the part is vital but on back order. But the guys in the Service department really went above and beyond for me, especially Michael B. These guys have been working on my wife's truck for one thing or another for almost 3 months. Now that's a while, but it is certainly not the fault of the Service Department that the parts are on back order. But what I know is the Service Department hung in there with me. They worked with me and GM in order to get all my issues resolved. While doing all this, they still provided a level of customer service that truly deserves praise and recognition. I just can not speak highly enough about the customer service, the extra steps they took, the follow-up, and the follow-through. Thank you, Hadwin-White, and a big Thank You to Michael in service for all the extra help and assistance with my situation.

Bought a new Subaru Legacy at Hadwin /White and was xtremely pleased with Bradley Bazinet. His knowledge of the Subaru product line convinced me and my wife what a great product I was buying. He made the process exciting with a great demo ride on how safe this vehicle is. He went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied.He is alaways available to answer any questions no matter how minor.He treated us like family. If you are looking for a sales representative who will take care of all your needs and have you leaving with a smile on your face look him up he will not disappoint you and make sure you are well pleased. Excellent team and service! Not many places offer quality services and customer service like the team at Hadwin White GMC. They are honest, very helpful, and a pleasure to do business with. They have my business 100% because of their great service and professionalism. I just had my 4 wheel alignment done, they did a phenomenal job once again. Great job 👏 and thank you!

I have nothing but great things to say about the guys in service. The did exactly what they were supposed to. My Service advisor was very friendly and tried and tried to go out of his way to help me. If I ever need good service with service advisors that I can trust and know they are there to help me, this is where I'll come. They're great at explaining how things work, both from a mechanical perspective and from a preventative maintenance side as well. Take care of your car right so it takes care of you. That starts at a good dealership with good Service Advisors and good Service techs

I purchased my Subaru Outback from Hadwin White and have had all the services done at the dealership. They are timely, friendly and considerate. The sodas, snacks and welcoming waiting area are awesome! I also love the way they make a big deal out of my dog, Stella ❤️

I was looking for a Tahoe or a Yukon and we made a good deal on a 2018 Silverado 1500, with 25,000 miles. I have had the vehicle 2 yrs now I would recommend buying the extended warranty.

We contacted HW Buick/Gmc to purchase and install RV mirrors on our GMC truck. They quoted a price, ordered the mirrors and we took it in. It turned out to be a much bigger job than they anticipated. The mirrors listed for the truck required power connections that our truck didn't have. They purchased the power cables, and worked for 3 days to get all of the options to work. In the end we had nicer mirrors with all of the light options working. They never strayed from the original quote! Well Done!

They did a great service job on my car. Mike from the service center called me and kept me up to date on what they were doing and what needed to be done now and what could be put off for a little bit. As a senior citizen on a fixed income I truly appreciated his honesty.
