Brittny IS absolutely fabulous. Had some warranty work done on a 2014 Avalon & everything came out amazing. A few hiccups that she was able to rectify immediately & without issue. The sweetest, kindest soul. Thank you a million times for your service. Forever grateful for such a great act of kindness. If anyone ever has an issue, it’s definitely a they problem because Brittny is great!

From the time I dropped my car off to be repaired, after I was rear ended, until I picked it up, the experience was exceptional. I arrived and everything was ready for me, even the rental car from Enterprise. I was in and out in less than 10 min. I was kept in the know the entire time about when parts would be in and when it would be ready to be picked up. My car looked brand new and they even washed it for me. Customer service 10/10 Repair work 10/10 Efficiency 10/10 Keep up the amazing work and I would definitely recommend, but hopefully I wont be needing any more repairs in the future! Thank you again!

Sometimes great things come out of bad situations. This is my second visit to Hadwin White Collision and I can say their level of professionalism and talent is impeccable. My big shout out goes to Brittny W for making both experiences enjoyable vs stressful. Very thorough on detail and getting things done in a timely fashion. I can’t say enough about her professionalism and the crew that brought back both vehicles back to looking brand new and flawless. Any body work that is needed is highly recommended. I would give 10 ⭐️

I have a Suburban and a Subaru and have used both repair departments many times. Always excellent service!! I recently had to have my suburu repaired from an accident in the collision department and again, excellent service!! I will always refer Hadwin White, great people all the way around!!!

Dropped off on a Monday had back on Thursday (hit a deer, drivable damage). Communication was great, other than my darn phone sending them right to voicemail. Very happy with the results

A contractor damaged my personal truck. Brittny handled my claim and Hadwin was in constant contact with the contractors LLC insurance. Once the LLC insurance check went through, I had my truck back in a week. Highly recommend.

At the begining of Nov my wife was in a small frontend colision with her truck. The damage was just a few thousand dollars. However it would be 2 1/2 months before we'd get the truck back from the body shop for good. Its not all their fault. In fairness the grill for my vehicle was on back order and I had to get involved to try and find an after market, or anything, but there was only the OEM grill that would fit. After a few weeks and with less communication from the dealership than I would have preffered, they told me to call GM and complaon about the dealership not being able to get me a grill, at this point it had been 3 weeks since the accident and Geico inspection. I ended up speaking with GM 2 or 3 times a week for the next month, they would check in with me at the begining and end of every week. GM expedited the process of getting the part to the dealership and also gave me some GM rewards points to help with future service bills. By Dec 28th the truck Grill had arrived and they had put the front of the Truck back together and I went to pick it up. I'll say, when I saw it. I wasn't happy, I won't go into details but it wasn't finished, repairs still needed to be done and even the headlights were pointing in extreme opposite directions. I had asked for no license plate bracket on my brand new bumper, I got one anyway, no offer to fix. As well as the drivers seat forward/back motor making a horrible loud sound. I told them all my complaints(which is more than I listed) while I was there and they agreed to fix them. Another part was needed so they sent the truck out as is. They had me bring it back up Jan 8th to address all of these issues. In the mean time I removed what appeared to be a fibrous paper towel wrapped around the drive motor of the seat, that fixed the seat. I corrected the head lights to the best my ability, I also noticed some issues we didn't see while we were there, like the Skid plate under the truck was all bent from the accident and after about 45 miles of driving the check engine light came on and the Engine fan would run on max all the time and for 5 minutes after shut off, also when started cold and shut off. When I dropped the vehicle back off, I went over all the body shop issues, I even wrote everything that needed to be done on paper (both body shop and service). Which aside from body shop was an oil change, tire rotation, and a front end alignment, and to check out the check engine light and fix whatever was wrong. I hung around for the diag and was told it needed a new thermostat and I asked for it to be done under the accident, or warranty or cash but please fix it. So I picked the truck up on Jan 25th. Almost 3 full months since the accident. I'm not gonna lie. The body shop did a good job and fixed everything the way I asked, it was a night and day difference. It no longer looked like it had been in an accident. I was excited! I went in and enquired about it, and was told ready to go, I just need to pay for the oil change.... I asked about the thermostat and bacily got a brush off of "we addressed it". So I went up to service to pay my bill for oil change and tire rotation. The Service advisor was great and said there were no recordes of them doing anything to my thermostat but was willing to help me get one ordered. Which the body shop recomended I call GM right away to complain to get a thermostat fasttracked, but they never ordered it.So over all I didn't have a good experience with Just 1 particular individual at the body shop, unfortunately that person was my body shop advisor/estimator, my point of contact. Every body else in the dealership that I talked to or dealt with was great. Whether it was over the phone or in person everyone else was nice and they all returned my calls and went above and beyond to fix mistakes. The Owner/GM even called me back after she heard what happened. I do wonder if leaving the front end taken off of the truck for a month plus into December in the cold and putting it all back together could have contributed or caused my thermostat to stic

Son hit a deer with his truck. They handled everything. From the insurance company to the rental. . Very professional and courteous. His truck looked better than when we bought it. Love their work and the service. Do recommend and will do business with again.

They did an amazing job fixing up my car! And very quick to boot. What we originally thought was going to take months to fix because of backups and delays with other cars ended up only taking about 2 weeks(between part shipments, installation, and calibration). The staff kept me informed the entire time about what was going on and when it was expected to be done. All in all, I would definitely use them again!

Absolutely the best place in town to get your car repaired. Bob and Brittny will take over, get you a rental car and handle the insurance company too. I just had to make one call to insurance and they did the rest. Highly recommend this facility for your repairs. They did a beautiful job, my car looks like brand new.

Dropped vechical off for body work. I had my truck fixed here b4. So it wasn't even a question on where to go. Bob in the body shop is the best!!!! Best work in town!!!!!

First impressions are important. I rate the staff highly at this point for handling our first interaction very professionally and without hitch. Quickly processed my inbound vehicle for repair and had an Enterprise rental agent and car right there handing me keys to a car that could actuallybe confused with the one I own, same model and close to same color! Now we wait on the repairs but confidence is high based on first meeting.

Highly recommend the body shop always goes above and beyond. Very satisfied with them. This is my second time having work done. And they always explain and walk through the steps and make sure you are 100 percent satisfied. I would not bring my vehicles anywhere else

I had extensive damage on my 2017 canyon to the front and rear, they did an excellent job on all the repairs and paint, very friendly and helpful in all ways, i would highly recommend them,
