They are honest and helpful. I had a tire that was badly worn. I went there to change the tire, and they only had one used tire. After checking it, they told me that their used tire also had problems, but it was better than mine. They were willing to replace it for free and told me to go to another store to find the tire that belonged to me. I felt that they were very honest and helpful.

First of all, this tire and alignment shop beats all the prices for tires installation specifically, and extremely high quality alignments. The employees are super friendly and the time taken for services is minimal. Experienced tech, takes his time and precision with the alignment and is super friendly. He showed me everything that was going on and what he was changing. Car feels 10x better with this alignment , and he honored the fact i have camber adjustability to make it perfect. 10/10 experience

Searching FB marketplace for alignment shops that have the alignment rack level with the ground. My car is lowered and can't make it on the ramps like most shops have. Saw their ad and it was just what I was looking for. Got in touch with Jesus about alignment. He asked what kind of vehicle and gave me a price. Came the next day and was very impressed with how clean the shop was. Jesus was very personable and gave great fast service. I replaced all my suspension components and my alignment was way off! He took care of it. He even told me to come back in a week, so he can double check the alignment, because once the suspension settles, it may need minor adjustments. Definitely recommend Gutierrez Tires & Wheels! Will most definitely be my go to! I have 4 cars and one will always needs some type of work done! Thanks Jesus!

Had a roadside emergency near by, and was able to get on the road with Jesus’s help in no time. My tire situation was addressed, and I got on the road. Straight forward and honest tire shop. Highly recommend!

La persona encargada es grosera maleducada que se cree como si fuera el dueño se pone bravo porque no se hacen las cosas como él dice se cree el dueño y toma decisiones como si lo fuera no le recomiendo Este Negocio para que no pasen un mal rato como yo lo pasé con mi familia ya que él ha tenido problemas por lo mismo con más personas espero que le sirva de algo mi opinión

1000% recommend coming here especially Ladies. instead of just changing my tires and calling it a day this nice gentleman (i wish i got his name but he was avg height, glasses, rlly short hair) was educating me by telling me my two front tires had too much air and back tires had too little air and how much their supposed to have (last experience i had in a DIFFERENT tire shop the guys there were being super rude and laughed bc i had too little air in my back tires) but this gentleman was super nice and was caring about my safety. He also told me to come back in a week so he can check my tires out just in case they're losing air free of charge so that was even more helpful. Overall the price of the tires were great and accurate. Front desk lady also had a really good attitude! Definitely will be coming back here and recommend to other people. Thank you!!

A hidden gem in the tire, wheel, alignment world. A very nice customer focused shop that will do you right. I purchased tires separately, called them on a late afternoot Sat and that same day went there and they installed the tires and did the 4 wheel alignment on their nice Hunter alignment rack in around 1 hour was completed. Top-notch, service, and they are car guys so you know they care about making sure the customer is treated right. Highly recommended to go here for tire/wheel services. Fast, friendly, and efficient. Superb!

I had to get a tire from them. The service was fast and efficient. They are extremely professional and answer all your questions. They do not try and scam you into buying other services from them. I will be taking my car here from now on for tires and oil changes.

Hoy tuve la peor experiencia en este montallantas, nos tocó una persona muy grosera donde nos faltó el respeto a mi papá y a mi. Un señor que usaba gafas con contextura delgada y pelón. Prácticamente nos hecho de la zona del taller, le pedimos el favor de que nos cambiara unas llantas queríamos darle instrucciones de que queríamos que hiciera pero salimos fue insultados por esta persona, salimos regañados e insultados por ese trabajador. No recomiendo este sitio por su servicio al cliente

I was referred by my friend when I needed to find tires for my car. I called Costco AND America Tires, they didn't even have the tires for my 08 Honda Fit!!!! I was baffled. Called Gutierrez and guess what!? They had them in stock!! Slapped the tires on, did the alignment, and fixed my camber bolt! The price was great and the service was immaculate. 15/10 WOULD COME BACK AND ALSO RECOMMEND TO OTHERS.

Remarkable customer service. Mechanic is very straightforward, no bs. He tells it as it is and if your not willing to listen to what he has to offer and think you can find another shop that will do it cheaper, good luck on that fix!! Amazing! I needed alignment for my audi track car and they improved the handling and performance and most important safety of the car 10x. So nice and helpful too. On top of all that the its cheap! And the shop is super clean! Impressive
