I had been hesitating with trying to find a mechanic to fix my radiator last month but when I came across this shop something told me to just call. I spoke with Mr. Larry told him my issue and he gave me a quote right away and finished the work in the same week as promised. I think we just found our new family mechanic. I recently took my Yukon to this shop for an engine replacement, which the owner, Larry, initially told me would take three days. I scheduled the work well in advance and dropped off my car on the agreed-upon date. However, Larry didn’t even start working on it until four days later. To make matters worse, the job took about a week and a half to complete. During the work, I noticed that various engine parts were scattered haphazardly on the floor, getting dirty and left without any special care or supervision to ensure their safety. I called every two days to get updates, and Larry became increasingly rude and unprofessional. At one point, he even hung up on me when he realized it was me calling. When the work was finally finished, I discovered that some of the tasks (like replacing the transmission filter and oil) hadn’t been done, and Larry didn’t bother to inform me about it. Additionally, Larry incentivizes customers to leave him five-star reviews on Google in exchange for a discount on their next service. This practice doesn’t necessarily reflect the reality of the service provided. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend bringing your car here for anything more complex than a basic oil change. Part 2 Dear Larry, I have read your response but was unable to reply at the time, so this is an addition to my original feedback. You write very well when you're behind the keyboard, but the issue is that reality and what you write don't always align. You are far from being accurate with the facts, and I say that gently. Yes, I did approve and request that you change the transmission filter and oil, but that was not done. Furthermore, I discovered several bolts missing from the engine and other parts you disassembled after completing the work. (Did someone mention safety and responsibility?) I would prefer not to go into further detail about additional issues I encountered, as I do not wish to harm your business. As a service provider, I suggest you take this feedback, appreciate the honesty, and consider how you can improve to avoid giving other customers a similar experience. All the best.

After 4 different mechanics told me different issues that could be wrong with my car which didn’t fix the core issue ! I was just wasting money ! Then I went to Larry and he found the exact issue fixed it and for a reasonable price ! I was so happy !! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! He is for sure my only mechanic forever lol !!! I made an appointment for 11 a.m. in the morning and when I got there all I had to do was check in and wait for them to finish on whoever else’s car they were working on. It didn’t even take 15 minutes before they started to work on it and I was out in less than an hour. Truly exceptional work at this shop. I would recommend it to anyone that needs an alignment or general work being done on their car for a great price.

Service was top-notch. We brought our car in thinking it was a big issue (smell of gas in the car), but thanks to the diligence and attention to detail of the staff, it turned out to have been a false alarm cause by a leaky gas can in the trunk. Had they not paid attention to such detail, we would have ended up fixing things that needed no fixing. Thanks Larry!

Great customer service. They able to get my car in on a Saturday when most other shops are closed. He found the issues, gave me a fair quote, and had my car repaired the same day. I'd definitely bring my car back for any service I might need in the future.

I cannot thank you guys enough. I have been trying to get my car fixed for the past 6 months and no one could get it right. The strut had been replaced twice, the first guy forgot to put the stabilizer back on, the second just did whatever. My car was still making the same noise on the passenger front side. I bought it to Gulf Coast Car Care for an alignment (since that’s what everyone kept saying I needed) when he test drove my car it was still making the same noise. He lifted my car back up and thoroughly inspected my vehicle. He told me that the strut was bent because of how the previous person had placed the bolt in. I dropping my car off and when I picked it up not only had he replaced my strut, he fixed the sensor and the lights were off on my dashboard. I was extremely happy, and they will forever have my business! THANK YOU!
